80% lower AR-15 Jig.

This is an 80% easy-jig. Gen-3 from 80% Arms and this jig is so far work awesome, I do have to say I did have some issues whit my first one I did but that was on me.. I did leave some Comments and this video of the issues that are run into.

    So you just need a longer end mill bit. It’s not the router that is the problem

    Doug this is EXACTLY the video I needed to see. I just bought that Bosch 1617EVS router and haven’t yet used it. I have EXTENSIVE experience though with smaller routers. I think we can help each other since there is so little info out there of these full size routers.

    Lil help. When you’re going one notch at a time through 1,2, & 3, are you setting it at the edge of the notch closest to the router, right in the middle of the notch, or so it just barely covers the notch? Also do I go to the bottom of each well or just the notches, so 3 for 3 for example?
