Good review, I’m going to get my hands on a bottle to try. I think when we talk about aging wine, don’t forget about acidity. Without it, the wine will note develop properly. You are spot on about fruit and tannins, which are very important for aging. If you’re interested, I think it would be fun to do a Zoom tasting together. What do you think? Cheers!

Nice blend of grapes in that wine. And a real cork too that isn’t too common anymore. Take care
