Thanks Joe for a great review.
I gotta rag on ya…I mean Brag on you.
You give the best and most honest reviews on scopes out there. I’ve had to unsubscribe from several other on YouTube because they had become just Pimps for the Companies.Everything they reviewed was the latest and greatest product since sliced bread.
I really enjoy and appreciate your reviews and you and Rex have turned me on to great optics, educated me and also saved me from buying crap and saved me alot of money.Thank you.

Even if a new gun didn’t cause me to fill my draws with fresh baby batter I’d still watch your review videos. Your humor is right down my lane. I love the nipple twister, makes me giggle everytime.

I am a fan of SWFA and own a couple of them but I think the Vortex Diamondback Tactical FFP has knocked them off the pedestal for the best budget long range precision scope. For just a few dollars more than the SWFA fixed power scopes you get a variable power scope with a Horus style FFP reticle and ED prime glass. Best of all you get the Vortex lifetime warranty.

What scope would you recommend for a Weatherby Mark V 7mm-08 in the 200dollar price range? I rarely shoot over 100 yards, never over 150or so.Gun is used for deer hunting only,my local gunshop owner recommended a Nikon Monarch, which he could sell me for 170 dollars installed on the gun.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  48. Tango Bravo on October 27, 2021 at 6:40 pm

So I’m debating between the Riton X1 Conquer, Athlon Talos, and Sig Sauer Whiskey3 with hellfire reticle. All are within $30 of each other and 50mm. Feel free to chime in.

  49. Richard Major on October 27, 2021 at 6:41 pm

Why is it on some scopes the parallax adjustment is opposite the wind age turret and on others it is more forward? Boring question sorry and I could probably google it but had one to many(if that’s a thing?..) and easier to ask you sorry + I’m a lazy b@stard😉
