Billionaire's Gun Control Group Sues Daniel Defense Because The Uvalde Shooter Used Their Rifle

Everytown Daniel Defense Lawsuit
https://bit.ly/2CHLudt

The death of those children was not frivolous, but blaming their deaths on a company that simply made the gun is exceedingly frivolous.

No one would sue the car manufacturer if their car were involved in a drunk driving fatality.

More people are stabbed to death than an AR-15 kills them, but no one sues the knife company for a stabbing.

This is not about winning the actual case; it’s a tactic to get around the Federal law that protects gun companies from these types of frivolous lawsuits.

Yes, gun companies have lawyers, but they’ll have to make tough decisions after getting bombarded by the case after case.

They’ll have to decide whether to go broke trying to fight everyone or settle so many cases insurance companies stop insuring them.

Speaking of insurance, do you have concealed carry insurance?

If you’re ever in a self-defense shooting, you may beat the legal case, but do you have the money to deal with the possible civil lawsuit that may be filed against you.

Many people don’t think about this, and most people wouldn’t even know what lawyer to call to help defend them.

This is why I’m always talking about how important it is to become a member of an organization like USCCA.

When you become a member of USCCA, you not only get access to a crazy amount of information about concealed carry laws, training, and the overall concealed carry lifestyle, but you also get access to concealed carry insurance provided through your membership.

It’s not about gun control, ever. They are going after all of you. It’s like Trump said, and he stood in their way for 4 years.

  3. smokey dabear on March 7, 2023 at 2:36 am

Anyone in the world who was or is in the future directly affected from guns sold by the merchant of death should be able to sue Joe Biden

  4. Chad Krueger on March 7, 2023 at 2:37 am

This is without a doubt the dumbest more frivolous lawsuit ever filed! It opens the door for even more ridiculous lawsuits, what’s next Louisville Slugger???

  5. Michael Curtis on March 7, 2023 at 2:38 am

Can we sue these guys for trying to violate our rights, if for no other reason than to make them use up their money fighting us directly

  6. John Piper on March 7, 2023 at 2:39 am

Anyone else notice that literally all of the powerful anti gun groups are owned and controlled by the same group of people that Kanye West called out?🤔

  7. jthablaidd on March 7, 2023 at 2:39 am

Sueing a gun company for a shooting is like banning BMW because someone used one of their cars to plow through a crowd

  8. Tanya Belser on March 7, 2023 at 2:40 am

GUNS DON’T KILL PEOPLE, It is the DISHONEST people behind that trigger that kill people!!!!!! DON’T blame manufacturers because they are NOT TO BLAME!!!!!! I have a 100 year old community member who is a marksman shooter and her bumper sticker literally says…"CONTROL YOUR CHILDREN, NOT MY GUNS!"

  9. Elizabeth Cox on March 7, 2023 at 2:41 am

It’s sad the situations even happened in the first place. What’s even sadder is how the anti gunners will use the children who lost their lives to try to sue legitimate businesses into oblivion instead of laying the fault at the shooters feet. I am so thankful Michael Doomburg lost in his quest to be President. He may have been worse than Biden if that’s even possible.

  11. Phillip Connelly on March 7, 2023 at 2:41 am

That’s like the a parent of a drunk driver suing the car & alcohol companies, neither one are responsible for what people do with companies items.

  12. MANUEL VAZQUEZ on March 7, 2023 at 2:41 am

If gun manufacturers are liable, municipal liquor stores are ALSO liable. That will never happen so gun manufactures are not liable either. Pass the word.

  13. James Stfelix on March 7, 2023 at 2:42 am

So can I sue….because they sell me cars that go over the speed limits?

  14. michael morawietz on March 7, 2023 at 2:43 am

If its intentional or accident..anytime someone dies because of whatever..companies can be sued?.dont you have to prove driving a car responsibly is up to you?

  15. normal german guy on March 7, 2023 at 2:43 am

Damn, it´s about time we start to sue Chrysler, Dodge, Ford and all the others for all the people who were killed while riding inside their vehicles …….

And don´t get me started about all the people who died from heart attacks and strokes resulted from clogged arteries from eating too much fast food. I just hope BK, McD, KFC and all the others have very deep pockets……..

Or the hospitals and medical clinics from all the mistakes their staff (docs, nurses etc.) make ……..

Or the Rope Industry from all the nooses suicidal people use to hang themselves ……

Or the construction companies for all the tall buildings people jump from …..

Or the electric power supply companies for all suicides and accidents from people with toasters or blow-dryers in the bath tubs ……..

How about suing all knive makers for the tools they made so people can stab other people? Or the tool companies who produce shives and screwdrivers?

  19. Eponz4 on March 7, 2023 at 2:48 am

I think they need to throw those out of court. Since Biden released the Merchant of Death for a basketball player

A couple of days back a little girl died on the tracks where I live. The train didn’t stop although it could. Who is going to sue the ViaRail?

  21. Graham Jackson on March 7, 2023 at 2:49 am

I wish everyone could see the good Daniel defense is doing in Georgia. They help sponsor youth shooting sports in high school and give away millions of dollars of scholarships. In savanna Georgia there isn’t a youth shooter that doesn’t have a Daniel defense logo on the back of their vest.

  22. Xtreme Hunter on March 7, 2023 at 2:49 am

This guy’s a piece of 💩, he has no stake in the game. Just another A-hole control freak🤬 these rich losers want to take our guns, then only they’d have guns🤔

  23. Steven Kelly on March 7, 2023 at 2:50 am

Some people are STUPID. Even if there was no guns, people are going to still kill people and then they’ll laugh at the STUPID people who wants to ban guns.

Let’s start a lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies for getting america addicted to opiates!

  25. John Smith on March 7, 2023 at 2:52 am

How about parents of Fentanyl overdoses sue the government of Biden and company of failure to uphold border laws.

  26. Ruger Shooter on March 7, 2023 at 2:54 am

But but but I don’t remember ever seeing a gun commercial

It really sucks to see people who have lost someone be so damn stupid but tragic events make people do crazy things

  28. Robert Fouracre on March 7, 2023 at 2:55 am

Easy solution, make the punishment much worse than the crime. Any crime which is a sentence of over 20 Years serves their sentence in a foreign prison. Why should the victim or the American People for their crime? Make them think Twice!

  29. Derek Hall on March 7, 2023 at 2:58 am

Yeah but they picked a company that literally markets their product as “DEFENSE” ala Daniel Defense…🤡👍

  30. TheAbsoluteCool on March 7, 2023 at 2:59 am

I’m wondering if they sued the ammo manufacturer as well, since it was an accomplice of the gun

  31. Earl L Simmins on March 7, 2023 at 2:59 am

Yes this is what happens when your side won’t come to the table and discuss common Sense gun reform.

  32. Tyler Ford on March 7, 2023 at 2:59 am

Your statement at 4:36 is downright fraud man. It states right in the contract that if you’re charged with a crime USCCA drops you as a client and will no longer represent you. I give most guntubers a slight pass for shilling this, but you’re a gd lawyer and you’re statement is 100% misrepresenting the, "service."

  33. Brandon Potts on March 7, 2023 at 3:00 am

Wasn’t this company and Ruger defending the ATF when people were calling for it to be abolished?? Sucks to suck.

  34. jcoats150 on March 7, 2023 at 3:00 am

Before measure 114 passed in Oregon, I wasnt planning to add to my 2 9mm handgun collection. I don’t have a lot of money, and the odds of ever needing a 10mm for bears, or an AR for defense, were pretty remote. Forever is a long time though, and so I splurged and bought things I probably would never need, but wouldnt be able to get as long as I live in Oregon. The gun grabbers kinda made me do it. Ya know?

  35. David Palmer on March 7, 2023 at 3:02 am

We need better security in the schools not gun control there was 0 security no locking doors

  38. Joseph Moore on March 7, 2023 at 3:03 am

When do we use politicians for their actions. They write laws that violate the constitution, rob tax payers of their income. When do we use them?

  39. lisa d on March 7, 2023 at 3:04 am

Yeh china helping this guy to disarm

  40. Li Qin on March 7, 2023 at 3:04 am

Tyrants desperately seek to disarm all americans. Because that is what they do.
In the dark ages, only aristocrats may own weapons and kill commoners on a whim.

  41. Matt Weber on March 7, 2023 at 3:07 am

I think if you bring a lawsuit against someone, and you lose, you should be required by law to pay the defendants costs to defend themselves. Frivolous lawsuits are a massive problem with our legal system. It’s bad enough damn near no one can afford to go to court righteously. To have your money wasted for you for some B.S. should be against the law.

  42. Jr Willman on March 7, 2023 at 3:10 am

  43. William H on March 7, 2023 at 3:10 am

I mean blumberg, BERG, BERG, last name should say it all, are those chickens he’s standing with even legal?? Anyway people have to keep sticking together,

  44. Mopar_ Dude on March 7, 2023 at 3:15 am

So why aren’t they suing the TV/movie production companies, actors, and video game developers for marketing their violent content directly at younger males? Aren’t they helping to “train” these shooters? And even if you can prove that a person was influenced by marketing to purchase a legal product in a legal way, how does that make the manufacturer liable in any way? A judge needs to have some balls and say that the law says you cannot find gun manufacturers liable for how their product is used and dismiss all of these cases. Suing the city and police won’t go anywhere, or shouldn’t, the courts have already said that the police are not required to save your life. Pretty sure that the city didn’t do anything wrong either. The only person, other than the shooter, that can actually be held liable is whoever propped the door open. If the school policy is to keep all entrances locked to the outside, that person definitely shoulders some of the blame.

  45. jeremey willis on March 7, 2023 at 3:15 am

With rational behind the Remington case, Boeing should be sued because their product is commonly depicted being hijacked (in movies) so I think the people of New York needs some compensation from Boeing

  46. Erik "Chief" Bodeau on March 7, 2023 at 3:17 am

I really wish someone would do a report of actual deaths from.?. Cars, drinking, knives, bats, guns, etc. I dont see any other form of weaponry being fingered.
