Democrats break logjam on gun control measures

After an emotional debate, the Assembly Judiciary Committee voted Wednesday, mostly along party lines, to advance a nine-bill gun control package. Meanwhile, a political logjam over this latest round of Gov. Phil Murphy’s reforms appeared to finally ease as Senate Democrats prepared to consider the bills.

    Murphy doesn’t want anyone but his security to have guns. These proposals are ridiculous. We send money and weapons to other countries and send 18 year olds into battle to KILL, but here in NJ, the Dem lawmakers don’t want them to have guns.
