1894 Marlin but in 9mm or 45acp cal would be bad @ss. Cowboy gun rounds are pretty pricey nowadays.

I speak for a lot of men saying, I love that rifle more then my wife. Guns go up in value as they age. 😂

    The 30-30 336, please. 😁

  9. Dee on March 19, 2023 at 3:09 am

If they get the 336 right, the Marlin name is justified.

    I have the 1894 .44 mag from the 70’s.

  11. catman on March 19, 2023 at 3:10 am

Every time I hear the term 44 magnum associated with a long gun I have to laugh my ass off. This is 2023 not 1823. The 44 Magnum only ever went into a rifle because it was such a common load for the handgun that by making a rifle in a 44 Magnum caliber they could carry one size of ammunition and It would fit both of their weapons. However, that’s a long gun load. It is quite nearly useless outside of about 50 or 75 yds. That was plenty far enough when your adversary was using a bow and arrow or a hatchet. The lever action made it possible to out gun the enemy by easily three to one in firepower. I bought a 44 Magnum caliber survival rifle with an interchangeable barrel because I had a 44 Magnum caliber pistol and thought I was pretty smart until I got to the range and tried to hit soda bottles on the ground at 100 yds. My main go-to hunting rifle is a 243 which will reach out a good 300 to 400 yd aiming at the top of the bottle before you will hit the ground. Aiming at the top of the bottle. With that 44 Magnum I couldn’t get past 75 yd before the bullet started bouncing. Those are some pretty pathetic ballistics. If you want firepower underneath 100 yd why not just buy shotgun?

I’ve got a Marlin. The original Marlin levermatic from 1957 I believe it was? 22 Magnum. Beautiful gun and extremely fun to shoot.

  13. Red Head Guy on March 19, 2023 at 3:12 am

*FINALLY* Ruger is bringing back the 336! And it looks sooo good!
Now I just have to save up enough $$$$ to buy one.

    "Looking good Billy-Ray."

  25. Your Drummer on March 19, 2023 at 3:32 am

My first gun was one my father got me at 16. It is a Marlin 795 .22 LR semi-auto rifle with a walnut stock. I’m 48 now and still plink with it!

  26. Danny Parker on March 19, 2023 at 3:33 am

I will take one of each

  27. Ron Hunt on March 19, 2023 at 3:35 am

My first deer hunting rifle was a 3030 lever action in 67. Drafted in 68 so I gave it to my brother after the 67 deer season

  28. Eric Wheat on March 19, 2023 at 3:35 am

I would love to have one of these in a .357

  29. Mike McClune on March 19, 2023 at 3:35 am

All I can say is Will Ruger bring back the 336 in 35 Remington? will it make a comeback? 🤔

  30. Gary Quail on March 19, 2023 at 3:37 am

I’m glad they save the Marlin 336 in 3030 cartridge that’s one of my favorite rounds to bring down deer it looks exactly like the model I had when I was 13 years old and still have it.

  31. GizmoZR2 on March 19, 2023 at 3:38 am

There is still hope for me getting a 45/70!!

  32. Steve Newsome on March 19, 2023 at 3:39 am

    What beautiful weapons!

  33. Rob T on March 19, 2023 at 3:40 am

Would rather have the lever action in a more powerful .45Colt/.454 Casull mag. Would work for light plinking target practice to hunting up to Elk and wild boar. Grizzley protection. Even moose.

  34. Edward Darst on March 19, 2023 at 3:43 am

I want a shotgun that’s got multiple barrels 4570.38 22 for survival gun

  38. Hank Hill on March 19, 2023 at 3:45 am

Ruger hasn’t made a good gun since the p-series

  39. ken tuck on March 19, 2023 at 3:46 am

They are pretty just can’t beat blued and walnut. Wondering have you heard a price on the Henry 360 Buckhammer yet ? People has been shooting them but I haven’t heard a price range yet. ???????

  40. Jarvis Skooge on March 19, 2023 at 3:46 am

It’s a tragedy & a damn shame Remington screwed up so badly… I had written Marlin off for good… but, I was hopeful when Ruger stepped in. 😊

  41. Robert Otto on March 19, 2023 at 3:49 am

What’s the rifling twist on that 1894?

  42. craig nelson on March 19, 2023 at 3:49 am

Just wish I could find some ammo for my 336 35 Remington.

  43. Jorge Gonsalez on March 19, 2023 at 3:51 am

  46. 800PooDragon on March 19, 2023 at 3:52 am

Where the hell is the dark series?

  47. Mark Olmstead on March 19, 2023 at 3:55 am

Way2go, you guys made copies of somebody else’s guns that were obsolete 100 years ago sounds about right!

  48. Hunting 4 Hookers Outdoors on March 19, 2023 at 3:55 am

Ruger is taking forever to bring these to market to build buzz and exacerbate scarcity , thereby raising the value and price.
It’s pretty obvious when you use the excuse of creating tooling and engineering on a rifle that’s been in production for 75 years!

  49. Indemniman 162 on March 19, 2023 at 3:55 am

    45-70 ?

  50. Randall Hosey on March 19, 2023 at 3:56 am
