Why the Glock 48? It answers why I had to wait until the Glock 42/43 came out…single stack. Some people in this world have smaller hands. We want something we can have a positive grip on, too.

Glock 43x gives you a slimmer lighter 19 with more control then the standard 43.

I like to see more videos done by John. One gains through experience. I liked his review here. His father sure handles those soda bottles better…rarely misses with the first shot.
Timekeeper’s Glock 48
Just bought my 48 today. Love it. I’m so used to my Walther PPQ, so this gun is a nice swap up.
I own a glock 48 and have my carry permit but god dammit I am not gonna join the NRA or any group for that matter
The only reason Glock made this gun is to make it Canada legal
So what’s the purpose to choose this or 43x?
Not sure why but I love my 48, 10/11 is a negative but still more than the lip I used to carry and I always keep an ETS 19 rounder close by
I have the 43x with the s15 magazines and it’s perfect to conceal carry
I wish I got a 48 instead of the 43x. If you have a 48 and a 43 you basically have three guns for the price of two……

I love my glock 48 mos. Perfect for carry. Don’t break your extractor when installing sig optics. Their screws are too long. File down 2 mm.
What kinda of ammo you using??
I like John’s comment that since neither the 43x or 48 is a pocket gun, you may be better off with the longer barrel. But it’s a matter of choice.

I have the 48, is it really just a small 19, because I was under the impression it was just a longer 43.
Now with Shield Arms magazines, it’s a double stacked slim G19!
You can use the same holsters as a 43 or 43x most of the holsters we sell at our store have 43,43x, and 48 on them

I guess now all the cool kids are getting Sig 365s, which is probably why I found my G43 in stock. I wonder why Glock hasn’t really answered Sig on that front. Hey, maybe that can be the Glock 50. Go just a hair taller than the 365 and find a way to cram 11 in there.

I have a 19 and love it, but these slim Glocks are definitely awesome too. I first bought a 43 when they came out. Now I have a 48 too and appreciate the longer grip. Interestingly enough, you can take the 43 slide and put it on the 48 frame and now you have a 43X as well. Essentially three guns for the price of two.
