Halloween Ends – Official Trailer

Halloween Ends

This is Laurie Strode’s last stand.

After 45 years, the most acclaimed, revered horror franchise in film history reaches its epic, terrifying conclusion as Laurie Strode faces off for the last time against the embodiment of evil, Michael Myers, in a final confrontation unlike any captured on-screen before. Only one of them will survive.

Icon Jamie Lee Curtis returns for the last time as Laurie Strode, horror’s first “final girl” and the role that launched Curtis’ career. Curtis has portrayed Laurie for more than four decades now, one of the longest actor-character pairings in cinema history. When the franchise relaunched in 2018, Halloween shattered box office records, becoming the franchise’s highest-grossing chapter and set a new record for the biggest opening weekend for a horror film starring a woman.

Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell; The Hardy Boys, Virgin River), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.

Halloween Ends co-stars returning cast Will Patton as Officer Frank Hawkins, Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace and James Jude Courtney as The Shape.

From the creative team that relaunched the franchise with 2018’s Halloween and Halloween Kills, the film is directed by David Gordon Green from a screenplay by Paul Brad Logan (Manglehorn), Chris Bernier (The Driver series), Danny McBride and David Gordon Green, based on characters created by John Carpenter and Debra Hill. Halloween Ends is produced by Malek Akkad, Jason Blum and Bill Block. The executive producers are John Carpenter, Jamie Lee Curtis, Danny McBride, David Gordon Green, Ryan Freimann, Ryan Turek, Andrew Golov, Thom Zadra and Christopher H. Warner.

Universal Pictures, Miramax and Blumhouse present a Malek Akkad production, in association with Rough House Pictures.

The last one’s finale was bullshit though, one of the worst examples of writing I’ve ever seen.

Let’s be honest. He’ll be back after this one. They always come back.

  6. elzibiel on July 20, 2022 at 7:11 pm

honestly, I’m of the perhaps unpopular opinion that I’m ready for Laurie to have the good graces to die. this is supposed to be a horror movie franchise. where horrible things happen. Michael is supposed to be some kind of unstoppable, unspeakable killing machine, right? then how has one elderly lady managed to elude him all this time? she put up a good fight in the first movie of this resurrected franchise but again, to be honest, I was quite ready for her to die then and there. at her own front door. you all know the scene. but somehow, she survived. stringing her along like this can only suggest to me the concept of plot armor, which I’m no fan of. it’s not like there aren’t others around to pick up the legacy and start their own. but no. her name has become enmeshed with his even as this "new direction" initially sought to separate them from being siblings.

  11. Kav The Gamer on July 20, 2022 at 7:17 pm

This saga has been ending for the past 20 years. The last movie the ending he literally became an invincible immortal human. Should of ended ages ago. Give us a Freddy, Jason & Halloween crossover and end it 😂

    The ending is near 😭

  21. leGo1489 on July 20, 2022 at 7:33 pm

I hope this is a good finale to the franchise considering the fact that both the previous films were better than the other four alternate timelines. Or at least going to be as good (or better) as the original 20 Years Later ending (not including Halloween Resurrection)

  22. Monster_Jake97 on July 20, 2022 at 7:35 pm

The story better end after this

  23. Waugh on July 20, 2022 at 7:37 pm

  24. GhostBlaster on July 20, 2022 at 7:37 pm

  25. Tyler Durden on July 20, 2022 at 7:37 pm

What does the scene from Halloween Kills at 0:47 in the trailer mean 🤔?!

  26. Nemezis 27 on July 20, 2022 at 7:37 pm

I cannot wait! Halloween without Jamie Lee, It"s like a lake without water. True final girl!

  27. Castle Fiorentino on July 20, 2022 at 7:38 pm

Micheal Myers wins and everyone dies. I just saved you 12.00.

  28. iNeedHugsNow on July 20, 2022 at 7:39 pm

Bro, the last Halloween movie had Michael Myers getting jumped, stabbed and getting shot by 10+ people but somehow he walks it off and kills everybody. Is this movie going to have Hollywood BS like that again? Cause I’m down to give these uninspired writers all my money, screw it.

  29. Jake reviews all on July 20, 2022 at 7:40 pm

hope its better than the last couple, this is a franchise they really dragged out over the years and a few of them I did not find very good.

  30. Desi ASMR on July 20, 2022 at 7:40 pm

Is Michael gonna legit die this time?!? Hard to believe!! Cant wait for this

  31. Christopher Mattsson on July 20, 2022 at 7:43 pm

The last movie didn’t even feel like a horror film. It was just like some generic action movie only we had Mike Meyers fighting groups of 10 dudes at a time instead of Keanu Reeves. The last movie also confirmed supernatural elements that make Michael unkillable so this whole trailer being a fight scene between him and a 60 year old woman does not give me hope for any return to form.

  32. Lundon Clark on July 20, 2022 at 7:43 pm

$20 says Michael lives at the end.

  33. Wealth Actually w/ Frazer Rice on July 20, 2022 at 7:44 pm

  37. Don't read profile photo on July 20, 2022 at 7:56 pm

Yes, I am so ready for this Halloween finally, I feel the rest of the saga is usually left with lingering questions and plot threads unanswered, but this new trilogy is actually gonna be able to end the story, so excited 😀

  42. Taner Archibald on July 20, 2022 at 8:02 pm

They should really definitively end the series with this film. This franchise got a second chance with this latest trilogy. End it while you’re ahead and can bow out gracefully

  43. Zy Unlimited on July 20, 2022 at 8:02 pm

This is the most inspiring Trailer I’ve ever seen, very original.

  44. Dustin Martin on July 20, 2022 at 8:04 pm

If Michael doesn’t meet his end, for real. I’m gonna pretend the new timeline doesn’t exist.

  45. Dividing Zeros on July 20, 2022 at 8:05 pm

This franchise has strayed so far from what made the first one compelling. This looks like a WWE brawl.

  46. XxThe Awoken OnexX on July 20, 2022 at 8:05 pm

Here we have a shining example of graphic violence, and hatespeech, which YouTube are very selective, and highly inconsistent of deeming what does, and what does not breach their community guidelines.

So which is it? Are people allowed to use profanity swear words, or are we not?!

  47. I'm Vegan on July 20, 2022 at 8:06 pm

  48. AKIRA on July 20, 2022 at 8:06 pm

PLEASE repent with these words before it’s too late: Father, I am a sinner, I confess that Jesus Christ died for me. Please forgive me Father. I accept Jesus today as my Lord, and my Saviour. Amen.
