    I thought you push the thing down. Then I found out you push it sideways to close it 😂

    I have had a quick assist, every day Kershaw Knife for few years, and is pretty, faithful, and strong.

    Recently I purchased a Smith & Wesson -SWAT knife, with quick assist.
    Is awesome and impressive.

    Out of the Box, I set the SWAT Knife on my lap, while comparing with my Kershaw Knife.

    The SWAT Knife fell to the ground and it broke.

    The quick assist mechanism is not operable. I looked inside and I can see where metal snapped.

    My Kershaw has resisted allot, in time passed. Including Knife throwing play, and spliting 2x4s

    What disappointment it is with the SWAT Knife, from Smith & Wesson.

    Great design, but cheap built.

    Built it tight. I would pay $100 or even more.

    For those that still can’t close it, I had the same issue. When he says push “down” he actually means push it to the side. Push it to the left to be exact.

    You’re very proper in your detail instructions, but it’s not working for me. I cannot close it.
    Either it is me what is the nice but I surely can’t close it to save my life. Lol.

    If you have small hands, it may be easier to open with both hands. I couldn’t do it with one hand at first.
