Ida lit him up thru that desk
Did they catch the guy?
150 grain hst to the hip never feels good
Indiana: no gun signs on businesses is just a sign. No legal authority
This guy is a model employee saved both their life’s and store didn’t get robbed the company must be run by a bunch of liberal nazis.
what an awesome outcome, great job
I live in england. We all carry our wallets not guns. Im 29 years old and ive never worried about anybody having a firearm. This shit is scary af
Ehh no. You may be asked to leave for exercising your rights yea. Just like if your talking in a movie theater but they cant ban you from speaking.
And know your ammunition’s ability to penetrate. His HSTs would easily punch through that counter and into the perp.
My son is 18 years old and works at a Metro store…. He lives in Florida, under the new gun legislation he cannot possess a firearm. He’s a law abiding law student and doesnt have the option to defend himself as an adult.
What about that last shot the defender fired as the criminal was heading out the door?
Im a clerk at the post office and I wanna carry my firearm sooooo bad
Well I’m lost on how self defense works in this country got attacked by four people spent 6 month in jail before I was let out
12 minutes for police to arrive to a self-defense shooting says to many it’s okay to carry against company policy.
Pre covid recording.
I carry against company’s policy and I simply yawn at gun free signs. Gun free translation= you’re free to carry concealed to me. Not carrying a round in the chamber is HORRIBLE advice there, the time it takes to chamber a round could mean the difference between winning and losing a defensive encounter. If you have to legitimately worry about your gun going off unintentionally, you need to either get your eyes opened by drop testing it in a safe environment on a private range behind cover, or switch your gun for concealed carry if you’re using one that actually isn’t drop safe like the Sig P320.
Being a lawyer, can he not afford a vest that fits?😂
I was watching the interview with the very interesting lawyer And he only has jurisdiction in Arizona and Hawaii I don’t think so
Some states can go straight to tresspass if they have signs, some states require the property owner or representative to ask you to leave or put away your gun. It’s diffrent in Indiana and Ohio for example.
Can always get another job.
Can’t replace your life.
The rule at my job is "no guns on the property" but my boss carries, I carry, and almost all my coworkers carry, we talk about the guns we own and what we like to shoot but we never ask anyone else what they’re carrying, because the rule is "no guns on the property"
Good guy shot off 6 shots jonny boy. Gotta count that absolute dirty shot at the end of clip as the robber was slithering out the door.
C19 and the mask regulations kind of makes the context a bit more complicated.
These discussions are absolutely essential and extremely helpful. Thanks for this!
You don’t know what the idiot with the gun is capable of. He may decide he wants no live witnesses and kills both of them. Poor advice to let them rob the store. Put an end to the threat.
I love this man’s reaction speed and rational demeanor! He deserves a praise and a raise!!!
Could he have stayed low, be non-visible to the bad guy and shoot through the counter? The bullets would penetrate, right? That would be a great strategic advantage. To move to the left or right and start blasting through the counter.
Awesome videos, I have learned quite a bit from watching the videos you post. Keep up the great work!
That last shot at the end of the clip though. Anyone else see that?
The value of one’s life will always be more valuable than a job or some simple stuff that they are protecting. If you give the robbers what they want and they still are assaulting you / trying to kill you. Mag dump their ass
What a fucking hero. Glad that guy covered his ASP
I have great respect for property rights. However, I reserve the right to protect my life and the lives of my loved ones. In my opinion, my 2A right supersedes others’ property rights. Sorry. Don’t have me over if you disagree.
Am I the only one who feels like these interactions are akward af
Never risk your life for a company that would replace you in a heartbeat. Fuck their policy and protect yourself. Better yet, don’t work for a company that obviously doesn’t give a shit about you.
I actually don’t carry against company policy, since I work in the medical field, so having a gun on me could do more harm than good if a mentally ill patient grabs me and engages in an entangled fight with me. So I would only carry at work if someone was specifically threatening me.
You know I hear what the lawyer guy is saying. but I bet you and I just hear me out for a second I bet you if some it was to go down and they knew you were packing that you’d be the first one they run to to save their life but yet they told you not to bring the tools to do it. just like hiring extra security or buying an alarm to save your life and then you give the security to slip and you never arm the alarm.
"I’m hit, I’m hit!"
"Oh crap I’m goin to jail", "I gotta get outa here."
John, that cabinet looks like particle board with melamine. I know that not all situations allow for a Col. Jeff Cooper approved safe shot through an intermediate barrier, but I see a lot of videos where the psychology of concealment being perceived as cover factors in. In a situation where a clean shot can be made through one, is it safe to decide that a half inch of particle board with some plastic on it is not Level III steel plate and punch holes in it to end the threat? I always wonder about intermediate barriers, I’ve had a POST class on vehicles but that was ages ago.
You know that counter is not bulletproof I would have put three in that counter where he was hiding at a downward angle that way if I missed they going to the floor in a safe space but at the same time if I hit him I’ve got him. and the best part of where he was trying to hide at didn’t even allow him to keep moving because of the cut-out space that would have been like shooting fish in a barrel.course we say that now looking at on the screen but you don’t know what you’re going to do in the heat of the moment.
Nice movement! God the bad guy confused. And girl didn’t get in the way.
"Holy crow, they shot me badly"
Sorry your company policy doesn’t trump my god given rights I carry where I want when I want
I wouldn’t even work at a place with a no gun policy in the first place. I value my life more than that.
12 mins..was this store at country side? Lol
2020-21no face covered and you’re the bad guy.
2nd ammendment is a freedom thing, not what people subjectively want. Private property sure, public no.
I’ll carry on the job. I can get another job, I can’t get another life.
I think I would have tried at least one shot through the cabinet.
This conversation is a reminder of why I hate the typical lawyers. They don’t have the warrior/righteous defender mindset that people like John have. The justice system is too quick to throw people in jail for an accident, even if nobody got hurt and nothing was destroyed. What a soft society we’ve become.
I work at NASA, armed security gaurds everywhere and a strict NO WEAPON rule that must be followed. If im found with a gun its probably a felony.
I don’t get why people always try and shoot around stuff like a counter. The defender could have blasted the guy right through that counter and he would have been much less at risk of getting hit himself. Every time he leaned forward I thought he was going to get shot in the face.
