Extended take down pins, make switching quick and easy.

For the love of god please don’t get legal advice from a YouTuber. This is not good advice. If you filled out the 4473 as a pistol it is always a pistol. If you filled it out as a long gun then it is always a long gun. If you bought it as a receiver then you are in a gray area and should seek legal advice before the ATF shoots your dog.

  5. TooManyChoices1 on November 5, 2021 at 11:22 pm

I would just keep my pistol, the brace, and tell the AFT to go find a real criminal lmao 🤣.

  6. MarkA Steelsr. on November 5, 2021 at 11:26 pm

What would "they" do to US if we stood up in unison and asserted NO WE WILL NOT COMPLY? There is a handful of scrawney little dick tator wannabees that are getting away with intimidating and pushing around MILLIONS of US? Just back up and think about it, TAKE THE TIME AND THINK, while I go make my "sbr"!

  7. B Great on November 5, 2021 at 11:28 pm

Why ask permission when it just takes two pins. Fuck the NFA AND ATF🇺🇸😡

  8. Gabe Osburn on November 5, 2021 at 11:28 pm

ATF is watching this getting PTSD

    Nice.
I bought a 16.5 in barrel to put on my ruger 22 charger.
I will point out that the new rules also redefine the pistol brace as a stock or device designed to be shouldered, so you can just simply replace the barrel, as long as the entire weapon meets their requirements for the definition of a rifle, regarding overall length.
Keep that brace as your stock and save your money for more ammo.

  10. Joseph Flora on November 5, 2021 at 11:31 pm

I would have that stock in the same house as that pistol

  11. marvin Weast on November 5, 2021 at 11:32 pm

Just buy a 100 dollar 16-inch barrel and make a tent stake out of the pistol barrel. The pistol brace becomes a rifle stock when you put the rifle barrel in place.

    Infringement!!

  13. Michael Hylle on November 5, 2021 at 11:35 pm

I believe a case could be made where you would still be liable under the guise of “intent”. Be very careful about how you handle your weapons on a public platform like YouTube. It’s all of the videos of people inappropriately shouldering “pistols” on YouTube that has caused all of this ATF interference.

  14. U812GREEN on November 5, 2021 at 11:37 pm

Still intent if you have the parts, so if legislation passes are you storing underground or turning them in, getting a tax stamp and get it confiscated later or joining the new 1776 and take on our tyrannical government. Video proof so you can’t say you don’t have the parts. I think my brace tube is proprietary and would need to be changed (pistol, Short barreled rifle (NFA stamp required), rifle

  15. Sean Babineaux on November 5, 2021 at 11:41 pm

Did you change your buffer weight?

  16. PEACEFUL WARRIOR on November 5, 2021 at 11:41 pm

The thing about the AR -15 LOWERS
Is if you have a AR PISTOL LOWER you can legally go up in barrel length
Where as the registered AR RIFLE LOWERS you can’t go down in barrel length only legally up !

  17. JustSAIYAN on November 5, 2021 at 11:47 pm

What kind of flash can is that on the pistol?

  18. Craig W on November 5, 2021 at 11:47 pm

    Cannot hear you man.

  19. Fudmottin on November 5, 2021 at 11:47 pm

I’m not sure about your legal interpretation or what the ATF would say. But you have just demonstrated how silly the NFA is, particularly with respect to SBRs.

  20. carl mohrherr on November 5, 2021 at 11:49 pm

Another scenario. Buy an elongated flash hider and use it as an extension to increase barrel length. Pay a gunsmith or machinist to pin and weld it in place to increase barrel length to 16 inches.

  21. Reaper on November 5, 2021 at 11:55 pm

What brand of pistol is that

  22. Well Regulated on November 5, 2021 at 11:56 pm

I was under the impression that you could go from pistol to rifle but not rifle to pistol, and if you did go pistol to rifle you couldn’t change it back? 🤷🏼‍♂️

  23. Shockwave ._. on November 5, 2021 at 11:57 pm

    Volume is low

  24. Finch on November 5, 2021 at 11:57 pm

    Yeah no.

That’s an SBR now. You just committed a felony. Once a rifle always a rifle. You can’t switch it back over once it’s a rifle.

A brace with a 16 inch barrel is perfectly legal, and is not a rifle.

  25. angry_z_rider on November 6, 2021 at 12:00 am

Cant arrest all of us. Especially if we resist.

  26. SquireSCA on November 6, 2021 at 12:04 am

Let’s be honest… the fact that we are calling a 2 foot long weapon a "pistol" is kinda funny to begin with… It’s a rifle with a shorter barrel. lol

You also could have just replaced the barrel with one that is 16", instead of replacing the entire upper. Cheaper that way, but you do need to have the tools to do it.

  27. Chad Veez on November 6, 2021 at 12:07 am

I have a 10 mm cmmg banshee ar pistol. I’m guessing if I get a longer barrel to make it a rifle I’ll need to make sure it can chamber a 10 mm right?

  28. MrPibbTrRnT on November 6, 2021 at 12:08 am

Could I just swap out the barrel??

  29. The Death Wobble Channel on November 6, 2021 at 12:08 am

Honestly, fighting a felony and the ensuing 10 to 100 thousand dollar lawyer bill, I ll stick to 16 in rifles.

  30. cheitner on November 6, 2021 at 12:09 am

U can go pistol to rifle all u want as long as the lower receiver was not registered.
P80 lowers can be whatever u want.

  31. jay Andre on November 6, 2021 at 12:11 am

What is the best barrel length for a .300 blackout? Thanks
