Why do all great nations fall? Because they turn their backs on the very principals which made them great to begin with.

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them (around the banks), will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." -Thomas Jefferson

We are a Republic, not a democracy.
"Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote."
    -Benjamin Franklin

"The power to tax is the power to destroy." -John Marshall

"When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty." -Thomas Jefferson

"Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God." -Thomas Jefferson

"To the distinguished character of patriot, it should be our highest glory to laud the more distinguished character of CHRISTIAN." -George Washington

"The General hopes and trusts that every officer and man, will endeavor so to live, and act, as becomes a Christian soldier defending the dearest rights and liberties of his country." -George Washington

"It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible." -George Washington

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." -Thomas Jefferson

"We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution." -Abraham Lincoln

"The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions, that I wish it always to be kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all. I like a little rebellion now and then." -Thomas Jefferson

"It is the duty of the patriots to protect his country from its government." -Thomas Paine

    * "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety, and will lose both." -Benjamin Franklin *

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!" -Samual Adams

"The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it." -Albert Einstein

"To ignore evil is to become an accomplice to it." -Martin Luther King, Jr

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." -Edmund Burke

    * "I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them." -George Mason *

    * "The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed." -Alexander Hamilton *

    * "Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined." -Patrick Henry *

"This is all the inheritance I give to my dear family. The religion of Christ will give them one which will make them rich indeed." -Patrick Henry

"The beauty of the second amendment is that it will not be needed until they try to take it." -Thomas Jefferson

  4. Ricky H on October 23, 2022 at 9:06 pm

How about politicians carry liability insurance for the detrimental decisions they make on behalf of their constituents. Time to end their qualified immunity.

Except there’s a problem I’ve had insurance from USC CA for the past 2 years and here in Washington State are Communist state Attorney General is working with other attorney general’s across America that are anti-freedom and anti 2nd amendment and they filed an investigation into USC CA in their policies and they said that they do not coincide with the local judicial policies and RC w’s of this state RC USC CA called me and said as of October they will no longer be able to offer me the insurance that I have had for 2 years as a responsible individual so it’s not that they want you to have liability insurance they want you to have government manded liability insurance so that they can tax you and charge you whatever the h*** they want it proves that the government only wants to suck your money dry and dispose of your freedoms in the guise of safety they did this with the NRA with the guard carrying program as well this is happened in several States across America and I strongly encouraged to viewers and people commenting to look into it and respond it’s a complete bullship tactic they’re gonna take our freedoms section by section before it leads to ultimate confiscation

  10. The Bohemian Hunting Club on October 23, 2022 at 9:11 pm

Sounds like another way for them to dig into our pockets.

  11. Kevin H. on October 23, 2022 at 9:12 pm

Mandatory liability insurance disproportionately affects the poor.

The wealthy (including certain criminals) have no problem getting insurance, addtional liscenses, etc.

The main groups affected by such policies would be average, hard-working people who can barely afford to pay their bills, or middle-class citizens who have greater expenses to deal with, or have higher priorities (family, college debt, etc).

Lawmakers and citizens who think this is a good idea probably only do because they want as few people as possible owning and carrying guns. The only people that they want having guns are the people that they deem "responsible," and that is entirely subjective.

  12. grumpybill on October 23, 2022 at 9:14 pm

    Great vid brother

  17. Derik Card on October 23, 2022 at 9:25 pm

Kinda like a $30,000 machine gun permit… The #1 purpose of the 2nd amendment is to balance the power between the government and the citizenry. Right now that balance is heavily weighted to the government’s benefit. We need less regulations not more. If people want liability insurance that is their choice, not the government’s and its unconstitutional and immoral legislation.

  19. MIchael Belt on October 23, 2022 at 9:28 pm

This issue is a catch 22. Business runs on supply and demand the only way to create demand is to create outsized punishments for liability, in courts of law. By feeding the trend for a new business idea, it will be NORMAL and reasonable to shift liability to those able to pay. This is a monster that will be created by those too ‘chicken’ to stand their ground. I’m not going to pay liability to my home invader.

  20. Keith Gregory on October 23, 2022 at 9:28 pm

    Right on bro!

  21. Scott F. on October 23, 2022 at 9:28 pm

You are so right as it is all about control and take your money….Good stuff…

  22. John bellinger on October 23, 2022 at 9:30 pm

Liability insurance won’t cover criminal acts. So to say a gun owners must have it to help cover costs of gun " violence " is B.S. on its face. Just as my homeowner’s insurance would cover me if my lawnmower kicked out a rock and hit someone, but if I picked up a rock and threw it at someone on purpose it wouldn’t. Besides, criminals who commit gun violence are not going to have the required insurance anyway! As far as carry insurance I use USCCA and have been happy with it.

  23. Brian Donnelly on October 23, 2022 at 9:30 pm

Never buy a gun liability policy that does not allow you to chose the lawyer … and it may cost you $500 K to defend yourself so don’t get the cheap policy unless that is all you can afford … I am considering USCCA as the one I will buy ,,, more at 11 !!!!

  24. 777 on October 23, 2022 at 9:32 pm

What if Trump asked everyone to buy a handgun to help stop crime and shootings?

I think making everyone have a gun would be better than taking away all the guns

  25. Peter Cyr on October 23, 2022 at 9:33 pm

jarhead6 do still have your usmc combat boots i like combat boots too do you wear them for special events

  26. Richard Shipe on October 23, 2022 at 9:34 pm

Jarhead6, did you consider looking at this regulation as a substitute compared to what we already have? I don’t mind the idea of assigning the task of risk assessment to insurance agencies rather than our legislators. It sounds like a total win when we move the conversation away from politicians who risk nothing and towards firms that are willing to bet on how risky a prospective gun buyer will be.

  27. Joe Lugo on October 23, 2022 at 9:34 pm

  28. Big Moe on October 23, 2022 at 9:34 pm

I think it’s a good idea to have Insurance but should not be mandatory!!! I have USCCA!!!

  29. Mobius1 on October 23, 2022 at 9:41 pm

USCCA. Best insurance for gun owners, with 24/7/365 coverage and support.

  30. Jim Finigan on October 23, 2022 at 9:41 pm

They know that they can’t outlaw guns. So they’re going to do an end run around the Constitution and make it so expensive to own guns that the average Joe won’t be able to afford it. Only the rich will be able to own guns.

  31. Charles Lyons on October 23, 2022 at 9:43 pm

Lets work both ways. I call for police they dont arrive in time and gun owner has to handle situation. Lets have no trial, no harassment, but the city should compensate the gun owner for handling the situation. Or perhaps judges and legislators should pay for liability insurance. When a stupid law doesnt stop crime or a judge lets lose a criminal who attacks again, judge and legislators will be held liable and compensate victims and gun owners. I would support that.

  32. Pep Nyc on October 23, 2022 at 9:43 pm

I’ll get insurance when criminals get insurance.

I will have to pay for my right?

  39. LibertyNotLicense on October 23, 2022 at 9:49 pm

You’re absolutely right, brother! It’s a poll tax.
It also comes from the evil place that claims the false right to tell others what to do where their actions do not affect others. (Rights (endowed to individuals by the Creator) begin and end at the point of noses. Legitimate governance follows suit.)
By the advocates proposed logic, hammer liability insurance and corresponding penalty fees should first be imposed!
And by extension, should not all actions then be so state regulated? That is to say, where the collective can discern the best action and the right to so impose group will exist, is not this morally required?
But we have no such right.
And the collective therefore has no such right, as the state’s rights are derived from the governed.
We should see this for what it is.
And we should be sure not to think it’s probability of enactment remote.
Anyone heard of the "Affordable Care Act"?

On this "Constitution Day" I am grateful.
And I strongly suspect that our country, and therefore the world, would greatly benefit from a renewed collective appreciation that would perhaps result from a "Constitution Month" ( or year… Or decade!)
    He, is in control.

    Good Information!!!!

  41. BulletSpoung on October 23, 2022 at 9:51 pm

If this happens they will only Inforce it for good people and the felons will slide by without being fined or charged.  They will also use the money collected for imposing more and more unneeded and unless laws.

  42. Danny Spontan on October 23, 2022 at 9:52 pm

California is just ridiculous! I am
so glad I live in the state of Nevada now.

  43. Cory Hobbs on October 23, 2022 at 9:53 pm

They’re trying to get any infringement they possibly can to make it hard for gun owners to ostracize them and dehuminize them

  44. davidgau on October 23, 2022 at 9:54 pm

Another way to steal your money with insurance they will continue each year to raise while our income goes down . Its all BS another infringement of our rights

  45. Jim Finigan on October 23, 2022 at 9:55 pm

Pass all the gun laws you want. Guns will never go away. You cannot legislate items out of existence. There will always be individuals who will NOT follow the law. Laws only affect the law abiding. Some of us will never obey unconstitutional "laws".

  46. Tom Harvey on October 23, 2022 at 9:57 pm

Mandatory insurance for guns would work well provided it paid benefits directly to gun victims. Liability insurance isn’t the best way, but insurance that works like workers compensation would be great. It should be no-fault to avoid legal delays and should cover lost and stolen guns. For details see https://guninsuranceblog.com and see how various issues apply to this area.

  47. Richard on October 23, 2022 at 9:58 pm

Hope these politicians have been paying their *unemployment insurance.*

  48. Lionquest Fitness on October 23, 2022 at 9:58 pm

I’m a USCCA member, but from what I understand, it is not insurance per se, but legal protection in case you are wrongly charged by the police or are made a party to a frivolous lawsuit. When they are talking about so called "liability" insurance there is an assumption that there is something inherently risky in gun ownership and that gun owners should be held accountable to any misused firearm that can be tied to them. If your gun is stolen and used in a crime, you are responsible. If your gun is misused by a family member and someone is hurt or injured; you are responsible. If you kill or maim a predator in self-defense, no matter what the legal outcome, you can be sued for damages by the thug’s family. This insurance would be astronomically high since, as far as I know, firearm insurance is not something readily available. Basically to be insurance, your firearms would have to be kept in a secure vault and only used at a government approved range to meet the terms of your insurance. It is just a backdoor gun control method.

  49. Leonard Williams on October 23, 2022 at 9:58 pm

The city is San Jose about 50 miles south of San Francisco. I personally have USCCA Ins. because some of the over zealous anti gun DAs in California. That being said it should be a personal choice. Like when car insurance wasn’t mandatory either you came out of the pocket, or you have that insurance to protect you.

  50. trey orr on October 23, 2022 at 9:59 pm

I have insurance for a lawyer up to $1,000,000.00 for legal fees if I’m in a shooting.
But insurance for a Gun is just an Australian way if taxing us and Confiscation
