Still waiting on a 350 Legend barrel & an upper receiver to get to me in the mail, btw. (-_-)

Just bought a 7.62×39 complete upper receiver left handed charging handle. After 200 rounds my bolt broke at the range. I hit up bear creek by email to try to get a replacement bolt not for free i was willing to purchase a new one. Just needed to find one due to that type of bolt being completely sold out nation wide. Bear creek responded the next day with general questions about how & if I could send pictures. I responded that I thought maybe the range had my broken bolt being they took apart my jammed gun per their policy. I told bear creek wasn’t trying to get a freebie just need to get this gun operational due to an upcoming hog hunt. They responded that afternoon with tracking info. for a new bolt being delivered to me. Kudos to bear creek for outstanding customer service 👏. I will definitely be purchasing another upper receiver from yall. Really appreciate businesses with integrity.

My upper came covered in metal flakes from machining the entire thing was just gritty inside. The feed ramps are so jagged and sharp it is very bad work and even the side charge handle threads were very rough.
