Miss World Malaysia and the Bell & Ross BR03-92 Diver Bronze

Thanuja Ananthan, born in 1985, is a model, emcee, TV host, actress and animal advocate, among other things.

She was crowned Miss World Malaysia 2009. Thanuja represented Malaysia in the Miss World 2009 beauty pageant held in Jonannesburg, South Africa.

Thanuja has starred in movies such as the 2016 film Temuan Takdir and the 2017 TV mini series Anak Merdeka.

In August 2018, Thanuja was the host and emcee for the launch of the Bell & Ross Diver launch that was held in Langkawi, Malaysia. Two divers’ watches were launched by Bell & Ross in 2018: the BR03-92 Diver Blue with a blue dial and the Diver Bronze that is limited to 999 pieces.

The BR03-92 Diver watches are water-resistant to 300 metres and satisfy the requirements as set forth in the ISO 6425 standard for a watch to be termed a “diver’s watch”.

Located on Malaysia’s west coast, Langkawi is in the State of Kedah and is an archipelago comprising 99 islands.

At The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi, Bell & Ross organised an evening cocktail and dinner reception at Horizon, an adults-only bar and restaurant with an infinity pool overlooking the horizon, hence the venue’s name.

It is here that spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed over the Strait of Malacca.

It was also at Horizon that the Bell & Ross BR-03 Diver watches were showcased and they worn by models and even Thanuja who sported the Diver Bronze.

The Bell & Ross Diver Blue is priced at RM15,000 (Malaysian Ringgit) while the Diver Bronze is RM16,900.

As to the pricing, it is in our opinion that these two Bell & Ross divers’ watches are reasonably-priced.
