I barely can find any 44 magnum 😲

Thank you for doing this video almost no one does 44 mag ballistic testing. I would love to see how 44 special defense ammunition would do out of a rifle. I think it would be a great home defense option. Less noise and probably good expansion that you wouldn’t get from a handgun.

Great video. I have a Marlin 1894 in this caliber, so this was very informative and helpful. Thanks.

anyone who buys a 44 (or bigger) should also buy a reloading press .. to get your money’s worth

The velocities stated on the box are handgun velocity, you can add 300-500 fps more depending on barrel length and powder used for rifles.

  14. Riley Neufeld on September 22, 2022 at 9:12 pm

Test them out of a pistol and you can compare the velocity and get an estimate of what it do at range from a rifle.

Review video of this gun and shooting it 300 yards as well linked in the description…

Good shooting out there! I’ve always been a fan of 44 revolvers. Neat to see what they can do out of a rifle.

What the flying Fuck. Was that guy standing down range when you shot? You know that shit doesn’t always fly straight after hitting gel right?

that pmc is not a hot load…. 180 grain at 1700 in a rifle is pretty weak for 44 mag full house load

Hello, if you want to see how the bullet will preform at distance from a rifle use a 4" revolver at 10- 15 yards. I did this and more of the softer bullets held together.
