What range is the army shooting these days?

  2. juan Rodriguez on December 27, 2022 at 12:50 am

Good demo. Observation: switching from safe to semi after each shot (not recommended). On the other side, switching from semi to safe during reloads and transitions (for training purposes) are more acceptable.

  3. Verdant on December 27, 2022 at 12:54 am

Why is he going so slow? Should be faster.

  4. Tony D on December 27, 2022 at 12:55 am

Leaves prone to kneeling, loads mag, then moves to cover, well done guys

  5. Cole Siler on December 27, 2022 at 12:55 am

his helmet is invisible in that gravel

  6. skar516 on December 27, 2022 at 12:57 am

I like this qual a lot even though I can’t hit the 300s worth a shit lol

  7. Frank Orellana on December 27, 2022 at 12:58 am

So is there no marksmanship qual like in the marine corps?

  8. Josh Barrett on December 27, 2022 at 12:58 am

This dudes fundamentals are ALLLL jacked up. Support hand on the mag well?! Feet not laid flat?! Not firing on the bottom of his breath?!

  9. SediciBrah on December 27, 2022 at 1:00 am

There’s usually a sandbag on your second prone position

  10. jordan ressler on December 27, 2022 at 1:00 am

Do you happen to know where I can find the order In which the shooting positions are and script? Like a cheat sheet other than TC 3-22.9. Possibly email me if you can..

  11. Cris N on December 27, 2022 at 1:01 am

It’s hard. But I like a good challenge

  12. Brohammer Inc on December 27, 2022 at 1:02 am

Somebody go step on that dude’s left ankle. 😅

  13. Dan Alcaraz on December 27, 2022 at 1:03 am

Great job guys, always getting better, Like it. Me gusta…

  14. PFC. Reborn on December 27, 2022 at 1:04 am

I just did this last drill, though with CCOs not ACOGs. I was Able to improve my marksmanship skills from basic.

  15. 80royce on December 27, 2022 at 1:04 am

what do you have to score to get into sniper school?

  16. Gerardo Salas on December 27, 2022 at 1:06 am

So this is not accurate, it moves a lot faster than this. He had a lot of time to change positions and reload.

  17. KameronKrazY10 on December 27, 2022 at 1:07 am

What was that airborne roll to the prone lol

  18. Travis Godbold on December 27, 2022 at 1:08 am

My best experience in the Army qualifying sharpshooter with an M16, with corrective lenses on, the rest of the Army was a living hell. Sharpshooter only a shot or few below sniper badge. I was one of only 3 who got it in a platoon of nearly 300 recruits.

  19. Josh on December 27, 2022 at 1:09 am

This dudes shooting stance makes me want to kick puppies… weapon safe between targets, boots in the dirt, magazine grip WROOOONG, looking up from his optic, shrimping every time he reloads… has an acoq like a TL or SL but SHOOTS LIKE A FCKN BOOOOOOOT!!!

  20. Snooperking on December 27, 2022 at 1:10 am

Camp Williams, was just doing this yesterday

  21. Trent Nash on December 27, 2022 at 1:10 am

good ol government spending.. the ACH still has an ACU pattern..

  22. Epstien Didnt Kill Himself on December 27, 2022 at 1:10 am

Flipping that hand over the top instead of holding the mag works better gotta get that ankle down 🤣Great video needed something like this to help train my guys ty

  23. Eternal Thread on December 27, 2022 at 1:11 am

Did this for the first time yesterday it was 3x as fast this only 46 seconds for the practice qual and 56 for regular, I was the only one to qual on the practice qual, you have to reload super fast

  24. jason hodges on December 27, 2022 at 1:11 am

Is this supposed to be a cringe video because it is… Dude literally supporting his trigger finger hand in the kneeling..

  25. Tommy Gun on December 27, 2022 at 1:13 am

DQ’d! Didn’t even try to put his magazines back in his pouches. He can try again in 45 days. Who was his recruiter?

  26. Davis Luong on December 27, 2022 at 1:15 am

Why didn’t he go prone supported or did he not choose too?

  27. Jake Reyes on December 27, 2022 at 1:15 am

Is that the new eye pro standard for the qual?😅😅

  28. I am No One on December 27, 2022 at 1:16 am

I got a 37 a couple days ago. Easy and better. You’ll see a lot of retards who don’t know how to reload.

  29. Corruption Killer on December 27, 2022 at 1:20 am

    What’s up with that ACH

  30. Jon McNabb on December 27, 2022 at 1:22 am

This is a fantastic video and really shows all the essential elements but one. 🙂 Having to shoot cross lane into another soldiers target because the platoon or 1SG has an NCO that can’t hit shit and needs a qualifying score…. I can’t tell you how many times I had to "re-test" because of this. Otherwise, excellent video 😉

  31. catalyst_99 on December 27, 2022 at 1:23 am

I don’t like the new qual, it’s a PITA. The goal of marksmanship shouldn’t be to try to recreate a combat scenario (which can’t be duplicated anyways); the goal should be to see how accurately you shoot with a weapon. The older version I thought was better. If they were really serious about training us for combat, the weapons would already be zeroed from the factory; they’re not.

  32. Torin Wulfren on December 27, 2022 at 1:23 am

Is this new reg only pop up targets or can they qual with paper targets if range is not giving accurate reading..?

  33. Karina Cuellar on December 27, 2022 at 1:24 am

Watching this because my unit didn’t feel like doing PMI.

  34. Pain on December 27, 2022 at 1:24 am

Where was the prone supported? Plus in the prone not the best way to hold the m4. But the new qual is way better than the old shit

  35. Ichkor on December 27, 2022 at 1:24 am

Kinda funny how after all this time they realized that you can shoot standing up

  36. Susan Geerdes on December 27, 2022 at 1:25 am

    Wow! Challenging!

  37. koze Chita Tande on December 27, 2022 at 1:25 am

    Spc Pierre was here

  38. EWTC-LABS on December 27, 2022 at 1:29 am

Did this with the 249, loved it, 31/40 first go. Much more relevant to actual manuption in combat

  39. JungKooksMom on December 27, 2022 at 1:31 am

Prone unsupported, supported , kneeling supported , standing supported are the positions

  40. Aman Duh on December 27, 2022 at 1:32 am

Poor Reservists than only go to the range once or twice a year.

  41. The Bunnisher on December 27, 2022 at 1:32 am

    Good work with the safety.

  42. concerned Citizen on December 27, 2022 at 1:36 am

I thought the firers could only be told to begin?

  43. Ryan Grill on December 27, 2022 at 1:36 am

So dumb question: on the first 10 shots you fire standing, then prone supported. What do you use as support in prone?

  44. Maximilian Tomasoski on December 27, 2022 at 1:36 am

Running this course of fire looks really insightful and fun. is this ever open to public shooters.

  45. Bodhi pepe on December 27, 2022 at 1:37 am

He got the winters on and an acog ,shit I did it with summer ocps in the winter and had a cco .

  46. Lynn Jennings on December 27, 2022 at 1:38 am

Does that look like Fort Sill to anyone else?

  47. Cumshot Chimaev on December 27, 2022 at 1:39 am

Maybe I’ve been out for a while but what happened to point post sprawl ? Don’t they grade you on that too ? Please inform me .

  48. Herman Torres-Saucedo on December 27, 2022 at 1:41 am

The new rifle qualifications is a lot more funnier honestly

  49. Davy Smith on December 27, 2022 at 1:45 am

Did this today. Certainly a lot harder than paper, especially since I have an MOS that doesn’t allow me a lot of time on the range.
