Schools have thier hands tied. They legally could not expell him. Parents would have been sued if the kid was not allowed to be in school or if any of his so called rights were taken away. So in turn sue the pants off his parents, Make sure they give her all their furture earnings. They would have sued her for any reason at all.

  4. TERI REA on January 28, 2023 at 1:37 am

The child definitely has at least one parent abusing him.

  5. Andrea M. Liverman on January 28, 2023 at 1:38 am

At our school, a kid who is a habitual offender was sent to the "time out" room with a form. He would not have been allowed to play basketball per his coach’s rules. His admin. tore up the referral and walked with him around the school so his time out wouldn’t be recorded and he could play basketball that night.

  6. Just Terri on January 28, 2023 at 1:39 am

Why was everyone acting like this kid was 7 feet tall and could do anything to them if they literally held him down and checked his pockets? This seems so ridiculous to me and who raises this child.???? Cut the check!!!!

  7. Randy Osborne on January 28, 2023 at 1:41 am

Violence against teachers have been thrown under the rug for decades by media. This story will finally shed some light.

  8. Leilani J on January 28, 2023 at 1:42 am

Nah, they are just a little kid, nothing could be serious…. Thats old time thinking! Ridiculous. Teachers should just bypass bosses and call cops themselves. Evil knows no age. If a kid makes threats don’t ignore it, they need to learn at an early age that threats are illegal and will not be tolerated in society! Time for new qualified administrators. Bye old guard.

  9. jmisc on January 28, 2023 at 1:42 am

This happens when parents behave like rotten people, brainwashing school admins into idiots, and there you go.

  10. renaissance18 on January 28, 2023 at 1:44 am

    people going insane these days

  11. Proj_Doomsday on January 28, 2023 at 1:44 am

Sounds like that kid needs to be deleted or we can wait until he grows up and does something.

  12. El Duderino on January 28, 2023 at 1:46 am

    a law abiding citizen /s

  13. Rick Tandron on January 28, 2023 at 1:46 am

Compared to police shootings, I’d guess she should get upwards of $50 Million. There’s your stupid taxes at work.

  14. KINGS OF GOD on January 28, 2023 at 1:49 am

I guess the school was in shock for 8 hours because of the mask kid with bushy eyebrows as well and called friends before police. Some people just don’t like law enforcement. This kid was dangerous and parents knew he belonged in a special school for troubled kids and I’d imagine the school was aware of his mental problems. I guess the kid’s bushy eyebrows put the school in shock for 8 hours

  15. Francisco Toscano on January 28, 2023 at 1:49 am

What would push that kid over the edge? Homework?

  16. Bob Jones on January 28, 2023 at 1:50 am

Public school is more concerned about gender pronouns than learning, safety, nurturing children.

  17. Just Terri on January 28, 2023 at 1:52 am

It’s a miracle that he didn’t shoot the other child, which probably wouldn’t have survived this incident. The Lord had a hand on that child who complained about him, threatening him on the playground.

  18. kimberly y on January 28, 2023 at 1:54 am

Good for her…. That is one of the first thing you learn .. if you see something do something…..

  19. Asperbergers on January 28, 2023 at 1:56 am

I love how the same parents saying “y’all have no right to search my child, or confiscate their things..” 😂 Dems deserve this L

  20. Tracy Vicente on January 28, 2023 at 1:56 am

Hope she wins this is just terrible

  21. untouchable360x on January 28, 2023 at 1:57 am

This kid had more red flags than a Chinese New Year parade.

  22. julio torres on January 28, 2023 at 1:58 am

What are the odds that the administrator, who told the teacher that it was not necessary to search the six-year-old, is an NRA nutjob who thinks that a child carrying a firearm is what red-blooded Americans do?

  23. Rick Tandron on January 28, 2023 at 1:58 am

Next time, this rotten little cretin will double-tap, just like his idols. Give him a couple years to practice. He won’t give up.

  24. duck youtube on January 28, 2023 at 2:01 am

Public school is not a safe place anymore. Americans dont deserve the education they throw away.

  25. Robert Birch on January 28, 2023 at 2:02 am

The 6 year old was black and it was allowed, it’s the culture

  26. Ultimate Douchebag on January 28, 2023 at 2:03 am

  27. J H on January 28, 2023 at 2:04 am

Whats with your headline!? The school didn’t "missed’ the warnings, they Ignored them!

  28. Yupha Suphat on January 28, 2023 at 2:07 am

The school is as bad as Assumption university.

  29. Anon One on January 28, 2023 at 2:07 am

Parents were not Republicans or supporters of Donald Trump or their names and a picture of their house would be all over the news.
The parents need to be held accountable also.

  30. silent majority on January 28, 2023 at 2:08 am

We get it the teacher is a cute girl
Now show the parents of the shooter
    or is that racist?

  31. Dorothy Hayes Rioja on January 28, 2023 at 2:13 am

Finally— a teacher with ballz to act. For all the teachers across the nation who are silent — I hope they pay you millions upon millions — make them an EXAMPLE!!

Man that school admin is lacking some Mayor braincells.

  34. John Wick on January 28, 2023 at 2:14 am

Pro-gun Virginia Governor Glenn Younkin wouldn’t mind a 6 year old already know how to conceal carry to school!

  35. J S on January 28, 2023 at 2:15 am

The anti christs. I guess you’ll find out, and struggle to do so, once you know the scale of you as well.

  36. mlovetripp on January 28, 2023 at 2:15 am

Why is this kid so protected

  37. Cuprunnethover on January 28, 2023 at 2:15 am

Wow! Lord have Mercy! So she didn’t need to have been shot! That’s a shame. They didn’t even call the police to come to the school!

  38. Just Terri on January 28, 2023 at 2:16 am

Thank God this teacher made it out alive. No help to all of the people around her who clearly knew this child had a weapon and was too lazy to do a 30 minute investigation literally.

If they boy was black, they would have had the bomb squad on him already & this wouldn’t happen

  41. Todd Wyatt on January 28, 2023 at 2:25 am

Maybe the kid didn’t want to be groomed anymore. Virginia is pretty WOKE about that stuff.

  42. B. on January 28, 2023 at 2:25 am

BS, they didn’t "miss" warnings. They purposefully ignored them because they’d rather have a de-d hwite teacher than an offended blck mother.

  43. Maxi Chamberlain on January 28, 2023 at 2:25 am

Sue the parents and they need charges filed against mom for being such a responsible gun owner.

  44. jace ee on January 28, 2023 at 2:25 am

try him as an adult. this is what happens when little kids go on tik tok, we are doomed

  46. Byrd on January 28, 2023 at 2:30 am

You can’t hold a 6 year old accountable, maybe the parents, definitely the 2nd amendment!

  47. Keith Allen on January 28, 2023 at 2:31 am

Clearly a child only a mother could like.Others can tell a freak of nature.
