Sue the BLK thugs whom commit , MOST of the violence ..by the minority , crime is the majority !

  2. Marc Dewey on May 27, 2023 at 4:27 am

Law suits have become the new get rich quick scheme in America, seems everything you turn around somebody is getting sued something, and now the new trend is suing the firearms industry, blaming them for crime and mass shootings and anything else they can think of.

  3. Chano Leyva on May 27, 2023 at 4:29 am

Why we let women and colored ones at that hold any power in this coutry is beyond me

  4. janice copeland on May 27, 2023 at 4:31 am

    Just another Dem gun grabber!

  5. John Sims on May 27, 2023 at 4:33 am

More every day Democrats show how much they belong in HELL, the Democratic party needs to be destroyed

  6. Independent Thinker on May 27, 2023 at 4:34 am

Like to see firearm companies all refuse to sell guns to the state or cities that go against the 2nd

  7. blueknight on May 27, 2023 at 4:34 am

These F’ing politicians don’t care about punishing the criminals because they are criminals themselves. Like what has already been said, these worthless, don’t know shit, lying, threatening far left communist democrats will whittle away and whittle away at the 2nd amendment to the point all you can have is a cap gun. Which will need a $1000 tax stamp, be registered and you put on a watch list for owning said cap gun.

  8. Emmett Patterson on May 27, 2023 at 4:36 am

It’s ridiculous because any of these compliant ar-15 parts can be taken apart and removed and be replaced or manipulated to accept normal functioning mags, buffer tubes, grips, stocks or muzzles. It’s not the manufacturers fault for criminals, criminal behavior. NYS tramples our rights as Americans with no regard to the constitution. Everyone says to just pick up and move if you don’t like it but that’s way easier said than done. These democrats need to respect our rights but they take it into their own hands to say what’s "safe" for us. BS.

  9. Validx5 on May 27, 2023 at 4:36 am

Had this product installed when I purchased my AR 15 in NY. I don’t think minor modifications require a miliwakee power drill to remove the lock and the catch off the reciver.

  10. Dylan Owens on May 27, 2023 at 4:37 am

Brother you haven’t tried looking at Colorado republic of California. They have made it legal for anyone to sue gun manufacturers , ammo manufacturers, gun stores, any gun accessory manufacturer for a gun death even if it was done by police or a justified shooting. Democrats plans are to bankrupt anything gun related even though there is a federal law that manufacturers are not responsible for how a gun is used. Only way this stops is a scotus case.

  11. isuckaspresident. dementiajoe on May 27, 2023 at 4:38 am

If you don’t know what they’re talking about then I’m sure most of us don’t. And we all know that even they sure as hell don’t know what they’re talking about.
It’s all throw at the wall and see what sticks.

  12. hawk slayer on May 27, 2023 at 4:41 am

We need to frivolously sue NY attorney general in her personal capacity.

  13. Steve K on May 27, 2023 at 4:42 am

It wasn’t hate, it was payback.

  14. Rodger Garvie on May 27, 2023 at 4:43 am

When will these idiots start to sue car makers? A drunk driver kills people everyday! So in their logic wouldn’t that be the same thing?

  15. James DR on May 27, 2023 at 4:43 am

    Thank you again

  16. Clayton Turner on May 27, 2023 at 4:45 am

Let’s sue the parents that raise these Lil bastards running around killing people for no reason

  17. Brian Duffie on May 27, 2023 at 4:46 am

They didn’t give me enough masks for my family!Really

  18. Shane Koch on May 27, 2023 at 4:48 am

Bet they use a loophole around that Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, it says firearms manufacturers and ammunition manufacturers, not accessory manufacturers.

  19. feetlikahemi on May 27, 2023 at 4:50 am

    Deflection deflection😂

  20. Curt Dunlap on May 27, 2023 at 4:51 am

So they’re after stripper clips now?

  21. buzrock on May 27, 2023 at 4:53 am

With all these silly suing going on, I wonder if these AG’S seek advice from firearm experts before they do their shit and look more stupid?

  22. Johnathan Storm on May 27, 2023 at 4:53 am

They are grabbing at straws, do not comply.

  23. Paul Is on May 27, 2023 at 4:53 am

So let me get this straight: If you plow your vehicle into a crowd of people and you have an illegal aftermarket part on your vehicle, the manufacturer of that aftermarket part can be sued?

  24. Ragnar's Axe on May 27, 2023 at 4:54 am

Thanks KB32! Keep these videos coming!

  25. Bald&curious on May 27, 2023 at 4:54 am

What do you expect from NY politicians??

  26. Brian Kopp on May 27, 2023 at 4:57 am

I wonder why vehicle homicide is not treated in the same way. Cars and trucks have been used to murder a lot lately, vehicles should be regulated in some way. Perhaps some type of database to see if said potential vehicle purchaser has ever been prescribed any medication or ever been in any kind if interaction with law enforcement of any kind, even if law enforcement forced such interaction. It would be best if we banned cars and all other items that have ever been used in crime.

  27. Jerry PEAL on May 27, 2023 at 4:59 am

People should sue her for violating the 2A

  28. Walt C. Bagwell on May 27, 2023 at 5:04 am

The NY AG is a black racist spreading racism against whites

  29. Hoosier Plowboy on May 27, 2023 at 5:04 am

One company, one cut at a time…😡

  30. LANCE BANE on May 27, 2023 at 5:05 am

Do we expect New York to investigate how everyone’s Wall Street backed retirement funds dissapeared in 2008? NOOOOO! Let’s see if the Great State of New York can do something ELSE to hurt the common man… I know let’s take their guns too! NY COMMIE AF!!!

  31. jason60chev on May 27, 2023 at 5:06 am

Eat a large can of Bush’s baked beans and test it with that!! LOL!

  32. Rodger That on May 27, 2023 at 5:06 am

Why aren’t cars, hammers, baseball bats ect… sold as assault weapons??? They all can kill, but yet I’ve never purchased a firearm that was listed as an assault weapon/riffel! It can’t be named assault anything until the weapon of choice is made to do the assault by the criminal. Also a defense weapon can’t be an assault weapon.

  33. Richard Scarlett on May 27, 2023 at 5:07 am

how about cracking down on something that actually exists, like criminal violence and criminal violence with a firearm. There is no such think as "gun violence". Guns arent violent, criminals are

  34. Mud Lake Ranch on May 27, 2023 at 5:09 am

NY is horrible; they can’t stop trampling the 2nd Amendment and make this state worse every day.

  35. Jaques Rabit on May 27, 2023 at 5:10 am

She scoring big points for her talmudic masters. Thats what they all do.

  36. Daniel Muniz on May 27, 2023 at 5:10 am

Its theyre agenda man they just want to hamber the law abiding citizens and let the criminals run rampid this is insane

  37. Sickof Itall on May 27, 2023 at 5:12 am

According to the precedent set by the Auto Key Card case, a state’s AG can claim any device violates a statute, and then tell the jury that the state does not have to prove the device does anything to violate the statute.

    Am I missing something here?

  38. Slow Squeeze on May 27, 2023 at 5:13 am

    The kicker is this…
ANYONE who has one of these installed WANTS to comply with the 10 rnd law in NY. IF they did not they just would not install one.
Intent is within this all. There is no mens rea IF you have one installed.

  39. Dragon F on May 27, 2023 at 5:15 am

The NY attorney general should be immediately removed from her office, arrested, charged, and prosecuted under title 5 U.S.C. section 7311 Ex. ORD. No. 10450 section (5), title 18 U.S.C. section 1918, title 18 U.S.C. section 241 conspiracy against rights, title 18 U.S.C. section 242 deprivation of rights under color of law.

When will government ever take responsibility for not keeping people safe. Every step these shooters take is illegal. You can’t take one part and say its their fault.

They should get sued for how they run theyr state…

  45. Gilbert Horton on May 27, 2023 at 5:20 am

Everyone has gone sue happy and I think that lawyers who try to sue should be disbarred.

  46. The Roaming Hazard on May 27, 2023 at 5:20 am

They’re retarded is all. This is like suing a trigger manufacture if somebody were to remove the SA trigger and replace it with a FA trigger and say the SA trigger manufacture is at fault cause it was removable.

  47. Brian Kopp on May 27, 2023 at 5:21 am

If everyone would simply leave that state the problem would be solved. Why would anyone that is not trapped live in such a place.

  48. Sooner Science Nerd on May 27, 2023 at 5:21 am

now the bullet maker, and the gunpowder maker… what else???
