This will turn into nothing but a money grab for a lot of the hypocrite socialist bastards and a lot of your gun licensing and training people. Shameful people

  2. MrSnakobe on December 24, 2022 at 12:42 am

Right, let’s vote on constitutional rights, where liberal big cities outnumber the lower counties. The constitution is little more than toilet paper to these elites.

  3. daniel martushev on December 24, 2022 at 12:43 am

Just buy your stuff in another state lol 😆

  4. powec12w on December 24, 2022 at 12:45 am

So then come December 9th how do I purchase a firearm is that not unconstitutional denying me amended rights

  5. simply_ Diecast_ on December 24, 2022 at 12:47 am

It will be tossed out by the supreme Court.

  6. Andy betz on December 24, 2022 at 12:48 am

That’s BS them saying that it does not take away the guns because it clearly does. What a bunch of socialist hypocrites.

  7. OIFVET2003 on December 24, 2022 at 12:50 am

shut up don’t you have altar boys waiting for you?

  8. Bogus Hype on December 24, 2022 at 12:51 am

"shall not be infringed" means NO BANS you FASCISTA.

  9. Shockwave on December 24, 2022 at 12:51 am

Oh it’ll move quickly through the courts, but not how gun grabbers want. The Supreme Court has already made their decision regarding gun laws not made using the 1791 text and tradition test.

  10. Keith Rankin on December 24, 2022 at 12:52 am

Uhm absolutely non of these measures save lives. These are also blatantly unconstitutional.

  11. Hucklebuckchuck on December 24, 2022 at 12:55 am

These people out here in Oregon are literally retarded and hate being American that’s why they make it harder for Americans to access their Second Amendment that was written in the 1700s.
I’m sorry but move somewhere else if you’re gonna fucking complain and make it harder for Americans to be American. Most people who voted for this law have never dealt with anything bad in their entire life, and most people don’t get guns until they’ve had something bad happen to them. Just go live in Australia, you twat if that you’re that worried, about guns. These people out here are stupid and nothing proves my point more than the fact they voted on a law that would make it harder for Americans access their second amendment! If that doesn’t sound like some tyranny or at least some bullshit. I don’t know what else does. If you’ve ever seen the movie the patriot, literally that’s how we got America was making guerrilla militias to take out the British isn’t it funny how militias are illegal and you can be imprisoned for may be even being linked to one. If you are a smart person, you’ll know that they’re going to take our guns, and if you disagree one have you ever known the US military the back down or even admit that they were wrong! Everyone in Oregon who voted for 114 is literally a goddamn fool!

  12. S Brecke on December 24, 2022 at 12:55 am

Why isn’t anyone talking about stopping " ghost guns"?

  13. DECKARD on December 24, 2022 at 12:57 am

Fuck Portland Fuck Multnomah County! Please come try and fuck with my guns! Please. Just try.

  14. Dustin on December 24, 2022 at 12:58 am

I don’t know why the law includes requiring a background check when federal law and previous OR laws already require background checks.

    – In 2000, OR created a background check requirement at all gun shows. THERE IS NO GUN SHOW LOOPHOLE.
    – In 2009, OR signed onto the NICS improvement act. That added mental health to a BG check. In other words, people trying to purchase a gun with documented mental health issues would be flagged and prohibited.
    – In 2015, all private party transfers and/or sales require a BG check. This now makes BG checks of ALL transfers required.
    – In 2016 OR created red flag laws. If someone believes someone else is a danger based on words or behavior, the accused can have ALL their firearms seized for at least a year WITHOUT due process.
    – In 2019, OR created prohibitions against domestic violence abusers from being able to posses a firearm. Was already federal law.
    – In 2021, OR passed senate bill 554. Requires every firearm to be locked up. Put more restrictions on concealed carry. Most of the "secure storage" bill wasn’t about secure storage.

The way measure 114 was worded on the ballot was done so in such a way that it enticed and persuaded people who didn’t really understand what it was to vote for it. If I wasn’t a gun owner and knew little about the laws, I probably would have convinced to vote for it. That’s why it passed.

Anyone applying for a concealed handgun license has to show proof they passed a gun safety course and then go through an enhanced background check. What’s the difference between a CHL and permit to purchase? Essentially, one already has a permit to purchase if they have a CHL, and already has a CHL if they obtained a permit to purchase. A permit to purchase should make a CHL obsolete. Anyone with a permit to purchase should automatically be able to legally concealed carry.

If this is here to stay, why not just legislate the curriculum and then allow any certified firearms instructors to teach the classes? Upon successful completion, a certificate could be issued. If the goal really is to make sure people are trained first, then this would be fine. But no, we have to now get everyone into a database and build this elaborate system. Seems more like "another step" towards getting rid of gun ownership, or at least making it so cumbersome people would choose not to pursue it.

  15. ZEEKUPP on December 24, 2022 at 12:58 am

HOPE a judge will rule it unconstitutional? IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

  16. J P on December 24, 2022 at 12:59 am

"We’re not taking away anyone’s guns, just stopping low income earners and minorities from optioning guns legally, and ensuring that no new gun owners can buy magazines large enough to meaningfully protect themselves, their families or property."

  17. RELIC1ONE on December 24, 2022 at 1:03 am

    UNCONSTITUTIONAL. PERIOD

  18. Escaped from New York on December 24, 2022 at 1:06 am

You can choose to give up your own rights. What you cannot do is “vote” to do things to other people.

Stay in your own lane and mind your own damned business. If someone commits a crime with a gun, punish them.

  19. Nunya Biz on December 24, 2022 at 1:07 am

114 is totally unconstitutional. Portland should just become part of Washington. It won’t save any lives.

  20. Chrissy Davis on December 24, 2022 at 1:08 am

Knudsen doesn’t have a clue! Why is a religious entity even involved? Let’s start taxing these entities rather than trying to force an unconstitutional and “unfunded mandate” put forth by those who have no clue!

  21. CJ on December 24, 2022 at 1:08 am

People will just buy guns from friends and family out of state. Silly liberals

  22. Noble Phoenix on December 24, 2022 at 1:08 am

Can they just vote away rights granted from the supreme law of the land?

  23. Kyle on December 24, 2022 at 1:09 am

Politicians that pass an unconstitutional law should automatically be removed from office.

  24. Lee Ray on December 24, 2022 at 1:09 am

    Good

  25. Nate Gibbons on December 24, 2022 at 1:10 am

  26. Travis Millar on December 24, 2022 at 1:11 am

These aren’t ‘gun rights’ ghat are being violated, they’re CIVIL RIGHTS.

  27. jayson haselton on December 24, 2022 at 1:12 am

Here’s a list of all the fruitcake liberal states that have banned large capacity magazines.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington.

    All lefty cry baby states.

  28. SadSayori on December 24, 2022 at 1:14 am

Second Amendment to the United States Constitution – "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Fundamentally what created our country was our ability as a people to rise against the government as they become tyrannical in nature.

The Second Amendment IS the voice of the people, with no Second Amendment there is no First. Without even considering the empirical data, and self defense arguments which have merit of their own, it allows the people the option of non-compliance to Government which without, is forfeit. Im going to take a shot in the dark and imagine that Hong Kong’s protests don’t favor the protestors having to fight back against THEIR tyrannical government with archery equipment. If you disagree with Government or Politics, the 2nd Amendment is the right of the PEOPLE. I may have been born in Korea, but I was raised American, Protect the FREE PEOPLE

  29. Travis Millar on December 24, 2022 at 1:14 am

This is a clear ‘infringement’ on ones civil rights. I just donated to O.F.F

  30. Tha Bastards on December 24, 2022 at 1:15 am

If you ever hear them, say they don’t want to take your guns away your fucking wrong i will never bargain about my life or right to be armed.

  31. aero mtb on December 24, 2022 at 1:15 am

OR dont let them make your state CA lite.

  32. theCosmicQueen on December 24, 2022 at 1:16 am

Thi s bill also is totally invasive of privacy. They can ask any questions they want when issuing permit, they keep all info and private data and it is to be published as well. Along with the info about your purchase. WRONG. whoever did this measure is violating our rights all over the place. And endangering people , since the criminals will just buy the list or it might e free. then go invade our homes to steal our guns. Or the next tyrant in office will try to use that list against us when they decide to go all Hitler/ Stalin instead of just 75% like this.
BTW, did you know that currently when a gun seller shop closes, the BATF gets to take all thier whole list of info on whoever had a background check in their shop.

  33. Kevin Casey on December 24, 2022 at 1:17 am

Nothing infuriates me more than a priest lying about gun statistics that he knows nothing about. Shame on you for lying to the public

  34. Lee Reilly on December 24, 2022 at 1:17 am

I want to see the stats he is referring to on it proven it works. How many years did they do this over..

  35. McSquishykins666 on December 24, 2022 at 1:19 am

In a state where the cops are stretched so thin. It’s so stupid to make it harder to legally get a gun. People really think that criminals legally aquire their tools.

  36. Peacecraft on December 24, 2022 at 1:20 am

Proud to support OFF. Thank you, gentlemen. You have my eternal respect.

It actually was 70-30 against here. Josephine is snek lands.

  37. Travis Millar on December 24, 2022 at 1:21 am

I seen a funny meme the other day. One gang banger asked another if he was "going on the drive by tonight"? He responded by saying he "can’t go because he’s waiting for his permit"🤣

  38. Samuel Brice on December 24, 2022 at 1:21 am

Let’s stop letting repeat felons back onto the streets and actually punish violent crime, huh?

No, it’s not proven to save lives. The Federal Assault Weapons Ban was removed in 2004 because it didn’t have any impact on crime.

  39. Turtletruth on December 24, 2022 at 1:21 am

    DO NOT REMOVE:
Half the nation are convicted felons for victimless non-violent offenses who are PERMANENTLY BANNED from ever possessing a firearm or even a single bullet, for life!
(Example DUI offenses without an accident!) Based on what could have happened rather than what actually did happen! (They still have voting rights though!)
GUNS should be permanently BANNED from everyone, not just white-collar NON-VIOLENT felons!
VOTE to BAN GUNS, BULLETS, and the NRA for equal EQUALITY…

That so-called "reverand" and his so-called church have nothing to do with the Bible they claim to follow. Jesus told his disciples to sell their cloaks to buy a sword. Not for holy warfare, or for religious expansion. The battle against sin and death was won already by Christ’s death for sinners, His burial, and His resurrection, and that message alone is how we win against all sin in the world. No, the sword was for the defense of life, because life is precious. There’s a difference between using the sword of law for political means, which, one could argue that’s sort of what this reverend is doing with his pulpit, and using the sword to defend precious life. As a Christian, I use the meekness of the gospel to bring salvation and peace to those who will hear it, and I use the sword to defend the innocent. This man and his church used their pulpit, not to defend life, but to take the only means the poor will have to defend themselves out of their hands, and make it to where only the rich will be able to afford protection. Doesn’t sound like he’s going by the book.

  41. DECKARD on December 24, 2022 at 1:28 am

Time to start fucking with the Democrats here in Oregon.

  42. cliftonsuber on December 24, 2022 at 1:28 am

This is unconstitutional and the citizens of Oregon should use the tools they already have to fix it.

  43. Shmee eee on December 24, 2022 at 1:28 am

Don’t be so maga. We need something to keep people who should have guns from getting them as we can.

  44. Double ZZ Ranch on December 24, 2022 at 1:31 am

Oregon already has laws against murder & gun violence so why punish the Law abiding citizens? Try enforcing the Laws in place already.
Just look at Chicago’s gun violence with the strictest gun Laws against the Law abiding citizens.

  45. Paul Pugh on December 24, 2022 at 1:32 am

Why are we always playing defense waiting for these people to infringe on our constitutional rights.

  46. Nate Gibbons on December 24, 2022 at 1:33 am

Would he be OK if all of his parishioners needed to submit to testing and pay a fee to acquire permit to attend church?

  47. Chase on December 24, 2022 at 1:35 am

Congratulations to the 51% of Oregon voters who voted in favor of major 114 congratulations in becoming the number one gun salesman the number one ammunition salesman and the number one high capacity magazine salesman your unconstitutional and ridiculous ways and the passing of 114 has put more guns and ammunition and high capacity magazines into the state of Oregon than any other state within our country You guys clearly did not think that through now did you?
When it comes to Democratic liberals and passing of gun laws because you’re afraid and your feelings are easily hurt you guys really didn’t sit down to think of the consequences behind of what would happen and now it’s going to get fought in federal court keyword federal court because it’s unconstitutional what part of the right to bear arms do you guys not understand???
The right of a person to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed it does not give a date and time it does not give a beginning and or start or end That’s because doesn’t matter what time it is what type of gun it is we are legally allowed to own and bear arms of any kind so that we can gather as a group of one and come after people like you!!! Yes look it up under our United States Constitution second amendment and everything you’re reading here falls under the first amendment.
🤣🤣🤣 You bone-headed knuckleheads again congratulations on being the top gun salesman in the country!

  48. heyjackass dotcom on December 24, 2022 at 1:36 am

The 40,000 people in que from measure 114 in Oregon. Someone should fille a class action lawsuit against Gov Kate brown and the Attorney General of the State of Oregon for infringing on their right to purchase a firearm, as their purposely waiting to Dec 8th
