    Hey thanks for the info! Question but with the adapter in place will the AK-74 brake still lock in with the plunger or does it spin free? Was looking to create this same setup on a SAM5.

    Nice muzzle device collection. I have different types of 74 brakes. One with the zig zag and a 2 like yours. Never put them against each other in a comparison because each gun is in a different caliber. I recently picked up an akml style flash hider. Didn’t get to try it out yet. Have you ever tried running flash hiders? Thanks

    74 brakes should only be used on 74s. 7.62s should not have one but that’s me.

    The PSA ak103/74 muzzle brake is awsome with the J Mac customs brake and the Old Tapco 74/47 brake is not a true 74 muzzle brake it’s an inspired muzzle brake.
