Sucks About the Gun, If you dont check the gun always get a Bill of sale! you might still go to jail and get a ticket for possion of stolen property but you wont get nailed for the Stolen part. Also checking numbers is a two street, if you buy a gun and its stolen you loose the gun and the money!

  2. DigitalLifeConcepts on November 3, 2021 at 9:58 pm

I always run the sn on both hotgunz and fdle websites, And glad I do after hearing this. anyone who is buying a used gun should get photos of the seller’s ID and whatever Bill of Sale but I ask for them to send photos of the firearm Before I meet them and specifically of the SN. Great PSA

  3. MadSativa on November 3, 2021 at 9:58 pm

haha that sucks who sold you a stolen gun?

  4. beelikestowatch on November 3, 2021 at 10:02 pm

did Matt lose the gun ?

  5. Rooin Maggot on November 3, 2021 at 10:02 pm

John, I don’t know if you know this, but you look a HELL of a lot like Shawn Clown Crahan from Slipknot.

  6. Lvduggo69 on November 3, 2021 at 10:04 pm

I can see how that happens at the gun shows. I traded John 2 guns for knives one time. He really didn’t know me , but we still made a deal. He got lucky I am a honest guy
And didn’t trade him a hot gun. After that john didn’t show up to the GS for a long time cuz some fucks stole all his knives out of his vehicle in Vegas. He was talking about quitting selling knives. Glad he didn’t !!!

  7. Seth Wilcox on November 3, 2021 at 10:07 pm

I’m, deployments are are betting longer, Matt. You could be at sea for almost a year at a time!

  8. FreeSonsOfThe11thState on November 3, 2021 at 10:08 pm

good job on joining the navy…. i myself am part of the DEP, for the marines though,…. good job on going about the pull-over right…. other people would have just said no and gotten screwedd over…… if only i could carry here in NY

  9. pontiacman64 on November 3, 2021 at 10:11 pm

How does that guy in the background shoot guns with all that stuff on?

  10. mojothemigo on November 3, 2021 at 10:11 pm

Agreed completely. The problems from not telling the police officer you are carrying are minimal compared to what happens when you don’t tell them and are carrying.

  11. 4 Deuce on November 3, 2021 at 10:11 pm

Why I always buy from a reputable dealer that does instant checks. No screwing around.

  12. BalisoZero on November 3, 2021 at 10:12 pm

hello Fitzen how is the sword coming together that you are making for the movie??

  13. FitzenKnives on November 3, 2021 at 10:16 pm

that i agree with but i was comming from a place that didnt allow open carry..

  14. etcrobb on November 3, 2021 at 10:16 pm

Good luck in the Navy. Four years submarine service here. So did the cop keep the gun and when it was all said and done how did it go?

  15. mikeyb byekim on November 3, 2021 at 10:18 pm

The cop couldn’t just interact with you and surmise that likely you weren’t aware of that? Often it’s pretty evident if someone lying about it or not.

  16. R8 Drvr on November 3, 2021 at 10:19 pm

Your Bud who sold you the gun didn’t do a legit check on the gun and YOU almost paid the BIG price for their screw UP!
    JMHO!

  17. Silent Majority on November 3, 2021 at 10:20 pm

    Were has rocket been?

  18. watcher8o on November 3, 2021 at 10:20 pm

I understand your reasoning. If I had a gun in my glovebox, I wouldn’t keep my insurance and registration in there. In your case, the glovebox should never be opened in the presence of an officer. If he determines that he needs to search your vehicle, I would object unless he has a warrant. As soon as he decides to perform the search, you’re going to be outside the vehicle anyway, so it’s safer to tell him at that point since he’ll find it anyway.

  19. David Martinez on November 3, 2021 at 10:20 pm

Mistake #2 telling a cop you have a gun

  20. Awakening Enthusiast on November 3, 2021 at 10:23 pm

I just bought a gun and ran the numbers but it didn’t come back stolen. But I used a website to check it. Do those websites usually check the same database as the sheriff department does?

  21. 84greenBear on November 3, 2021 at 10:23 pm

    C.Y.O.A brutha!!!

  22. FitzenKnives on November 3, 2021 at 10:24 pm

    indeed i did..
    🙁

  23. Wayne's Guns & Stuff on November 3, 2021 at 10:25 pm

First of all you don’t reach in the glove compartment and hand the officer your firearm. That is a big big mistake and we’ll get you shot. You let the officer get the firearm out of the glove compartment or listen to what he has to say on how he’s going to go about doing it usually he’ll get another officer to watch you guys and then he’ll get the firearm out of the glove compartment that’s the safest way. I would not let anybody reach for a firearm if I was an officer

  24. rsmovies512 on November 3, 2021 at 10:28 pm

total bore, the laughing jackass seems to really enjoy himself, just another ass clown.

  25. Nelson R on November 3, 2021 at 10:29 pm

And how do you check the serial numbers so that you can check if it is stolen or not?

  26. Redneck on November 3, 2021 at 10:29 pm

Don’t talk to cops, avoid them like COVID-19

  27. Brian Smith on November 3, 2021 at 10:30 pm

always lie to cops. That is what I do. What they don’t know won’t hurt them or you.

  28. opie7afe on November 3, 2021 at 10:31 pm

    @Ol TRAPLIFE Ol
here i will tell you how, call the local police and tell them you would like a serial number removed. also realize its a felony to remove the serial number. most likely your gun is stolen and i hope you turn it in. people like you are the reason why us americans are getting our second amendment stomped on.you sir need to rethink your future.

  29. SONS FIRE MINISTRY on November 3, 2021 at 10:35 pm

    lol, dudes laughing at him…lol

  30. FitzenKnives on November 3, 2021 at 10:35 pm

for those who think that telling the officer that I had a gun was a bad idea, allow me to prove you wrong. First Im in the Delayed Entry Program for the Navy so I have to walk on egg shells or i will be discharged. Second I informed him as to not alarm him and put him at ease because he was going to see it anyway. Third the officer told me, "because you told me that you had a gun, I wont give you a ticket and you wont be charged with posesion of a stolen firearm."

  31. beelikestowatch on November 3, 2021 at 10:38 pm

    that really sucks…sorry

  32. hawg hawg on November 3, 2021 at 10:39 pm

Are you still in the navy.

  33. gunfighterwinesnob on November 3, 2021 at 10:40 pm

So mat what made you choose the navy? I’m looking to enlist and have a hard choice. My mos of choice is ma,SF or MP. Just can’t decided on the branch

  34. richard Turk on November 3, 2021 at 10:42 pm

The fat guy with the sleeveless t shirt and the girly goth jewellery is a dick for laughing at his buddies situation.
So I’ll bet Mr fatty pants has all kinds of skull tattoos as well.

  35. rosalyn harrington on November 3, 2021 at 10:44 pm

this guys married wtf  why does that fat fuck keep laughing

  36. FitzenKnives on November 3, 2021 at 10:45 pm

technically no but it was in my glovebox so i wanted to give him a heads up so he didnt freak out and pull his gun on me.

  37. Cherry Gangstalicious on November 3, 2021 at 10:45 pm

I rather save money and buy brand new. That must’ve been hell but glad everything was sorted out. Ty anyway!

  38. M. Low on November 3, 2021 at 10:46 pm

Or you can go to the website hotgunz, enter the serial number push search and it will tell you if your gun is stolen. I also believe you can put a gun on the stolen list as well if you have the serial number.

  39. ――――――――― 〘 AD 〙 on November 3, 2021 at 10:48 pm

i’ve wasted half of this video length thinking that was ps4 serial number. smh

  40. Guy Slates on November 3, 2021 at 10:48 pm

Wtf is the deal with all the background noise?!! It’s fucking annoying as all hell I can barely hear what’s being said.

  41. Rick james on November 3, 2021 at 10:48 pm

Most annoying video I have ever wasted my time on. Hehhehheh!!!!! Turn of the machinery or don”t post.

  42. FitzenKnives on November 3, 2021 at 10:49 pm

Again he would have seen it either way because he was on the passanger side right next to the glove box, where my info and gun were; and If I got a ticket I wouldn’t be able to serve in the Navy. Also whats wrong with an officer doing the right thing?

  43. FitzenKnives on November 3, 2021 at 10:50 pm

For me it was more time with family. The dep;oyments are only six months at a time so I get more time with them. Second I wanted to SWCC ;). Im most likely to start out with Gunners mate, its what looks most fun so far, or Master at Arms which is basically MP. If you decide to go Navy tell your recruiter that Future Sailor Jimenez sent you!

  44. GrowLLLTigeRRR on November 3, 2021 at 10:51 pm

why would you volunteer information about having a pistol in your glovebox?

  45. Gary Derby on November 3, 2021 at 10:52 pm

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

  46. David Martinez on November 3, 2021 at 10:53 pm

  49. matty & courtney cook on November 3, 2021 at 10:55 pm

Nice audio. All we need is a race car revinng it’s engine and it would be complete…why not just direct to a check my firearm website that tells you in 1 second if it’s legit. Just sayin…lotta giggling for nothing

  50. Ken Nilson on November 3, 2021 at 10:55 pm

Is that a spyderco bug in your wristband? Do you make neck knives?
