We’re out at the range today testing ATI’s Halo Side Saddle for the Mossberg 500, along with the Add-a-Shell Shotgun Shell Holders and the Six Inch Side Saddle Top Rail. These units function well during use. They will fit on both the Mossberg 500 and 590 Shotguns.

    LOL! TOUGH ASS WATERMELON!!! 🤣🤣🤣

  3. Alejandro Guerrero on February 3, 2023 at 1:49 am

Anyone who has this, is the rail a mandatory part. Because it looks like the rail would block my view of the front sight if I don’t add a red dot.

  4. Werner Waage on February 3, 2023 at 1:53 am

At 3:33 it looks like you are leaning a bit too much into the shot 😉

  7. Freddie Johnson on February 3, 2023 at 1:55 am

Would it work with mini shells and the shockwave?

  8. Literary Artist on February 3, 2023 at 1:55 am

wouldn’t it be better to place the shotshells with brass side up instead of brass side down?

  9. Silent Whistle Blower on February 3, 2023 at 1:57 am

Good shooting but at least count your shots. Lol.

  10. Patman Crowley on February 3, 2023 at 1:58 am

Please do a drop test.  Load the saddle, stand over a slab of bedrock, and drop the shotgun on the saddle.  Does it fracture into useless pieces or does it bend giving me the option to work the bends out?

  11. Chris Robben on February 3, 2023 at 1:58 am

What if you have the ATI Side Folding Stock?

  12. Maximinus GATOR on February 3, 2023 at 2:01 am

Although they didn’t fall out you can clearly see then walking out. A few more shots and they’d hit the ground.

  22. Adam Kyriacou on February 3, 2023 at 2:07 am

Will this fit on a mossberg shockwave?

Nice quality and design from ATI but one thing that sucks about the type of ATI shell holders you have is that they’re fully formed in a cylindrical shape instead of having a vertical slit cut up them… I’ve seen both versions of this same ATI Halo side saddle with top rail and ATI made some with and without the vertical slot which allows the shell holders to flex just a tiny bit.
Nice thing about that for the thousands of reloaders out there, is that when doing slug loads whereby placing your casted slug into a wad and then pressing it in the hull, you will sometimes get a slight bulge in the hull that doesn’t effect it being slid into or ejected from the gun but they will cause problems with sliding them in the shell holders that didn’t have the vertical slit in them.

    Красиво постреляли с Мосса.

  28. shayson1357 on February 3, 2023 at 2:17 am

bullshit, it would only add more useless weight, buy a saiga12 or any other magazine fed semi auto shotgun and carry extra mags with a backup pistol if you HAVE to use a shotgun and don’t want it any other way. but in a real combat situation you would NEVER EVER use a shotgun effectively, usually snipers provide the first line of harassment and ruin front line fortifications(say for a block of 6 buildings) especially if they could find a good angle or crossfire them from several angles so they would have to retreat inside… after that 2 or more MGs start drilling all the windows with heavy fire so that a squad(6+) can approach and breach the building from the side and enter(never enter through the front door) those guys would all have light carbines or submachine guns or a folding stock AK74/47….no shotguns, no red dot DMRs, no light machine guns no full auto pistols(all of these are fun to shoot but this is not call of duty).

  39. Patman Crowley on February 3, 2023 at 2:39 am

First round should go straight into the chamber and then charge the magazine.  You’re developing bad habits.

  40. Michael Wolff on February 3, 2023 at 2:40 am

Can it be installed on a Mossberg 590 Shockwave?

  41. topbreak38 on February 3, 2023 at 2:40 am

  46. Luke Skywalker on February 3, 2023 at 2:44 am

  47. highlifegoodlife on February 3, 2023 at 2:45 am

  49. Kenny Grant on February 3, 2023 at 2:47 am

Does ATI have a website to order this side saddle?

  50. Derek Wall on February 3, 2023 at 2:47 am

my Mossberg Maverick 88 all purpose holds 6 that 500 only holds 5, so normally when it comes to multipurpose ill stick with anything that hold 6, 8, or like the 590A1 9 shots
