Where can I buy the parts?

  5. Steve Pauley on October 29, 2021 at 4:16 pm

Will this also help with the slight play in the cylinder, and help it lock up tighter?

  6. Abraham Hepp on October 29, 2021 at 4:17 pm

    Taurus is garbage

  7. Lee Runion on October 29, 2021 at 4:18 pm

Can you give us the part number please. I have owned a 605 at least 25 years and have zero with problems with it. I bought a new 605 for my daughter and we went and shot it last week and the cylinder quit locking up. I hate to sent it to Taurus if I can fix it for $10. If I get this gun fixed it might be on the selling block and she could be getting a Ruger LCR. I got a great deal on this brand new gun but I don’t trust Taurus now. Thank you so much for an informative video. I reload and have watched all of you older videos.

Old technology (i.e.revolvers) are trying to come back to make money for the gun industry.
Good luck revolvers as when the *_over forty crowd_* dies so too will you.

How did you find the parts? It’s an absolute nightmare trying to find parts for my Raging Hunter .357mag. Just purchased it and it is already a paperweight… 😖🤡

Too bad the commie scum at youtube have driven off great content providers like Elvis. That is okay though, another, better platform that respects freedom of thought and free speech will come along eventually.

Hey bro, where did you order your parts from. I have a brazil 357 Taurus magnum and the chamber spins completely freely. After watching your video and talking mines apart, I saw that the plunger didn’t have a spring at all😂😂. Thanks for the video, it was extremely helpful.

  28. Fernando on October 29, 2021 at 4:45 pm

Dude, thank you so much for making this video. I have the same problem with my Taurus 605 357. I’m new to guns but I figured something was wrong with the cylinder when I can rotate clockwise easily by hand. I’m going to contact Taurus and tell them about this problem. Hopefully they can send me the part and I can do the fix myself. Again, thank you for this video!

  29. Mike Gibbs on October 29, 2021 at 4:45 pm

Howdy sweet video I’ve got the Torres 44 magnum raging Bull 6 inch barrel went to go clean it after the range in the cylinder fell open crane was poking out finally figured out it was that little screw with the spring I guess it’s a cylinder spring for the crane spring if I tightened it too much the cylinder won’t drop what gives? Thanks mama baby

  32. Daytona Greg on October 29, 2021 at 4:46 pm

HELP —> QUESTION: my new (used) 686+ fires ONCE in double action but HAMMER won’t automatically RECOCK after round fired. Then CYLINDER TURNS when pulling trigger while hammer sits in position (pulling trigger over and over I get rotation of cylinder but that’s it). Thank you!!!! -FRUSTRATED

  33. JonsLife on October 29, 2021 at 4:50 pm

I know I’m late , but I have a Taurus 80 that was sloppy because there was so much crud in the cylinder stop plunger spring , that the spring wouldn’t extend correctly …
Good clean up and she tightened right up.

  34. Fuck Google on October 29, 2021 at 4:53 pm

Thank you sir, great video. I’m going to try this on my Taurus MD 82.

  39. Dwight Turner on October 29, 2021 at 5:00 pm

I notice that the cylinder comes out easily. On my new Taurus 856 Ultra-Lite it takes the combined strength of Superman and the Hulk to push the lever enough to get the cylinder to open. Any suggestions other than returning it to the factory.
