Why didn’t you change the main spring?

My first impression was of the Ruger Wrangler was positive. It wasn’t until I actually took it to the range and found out that there is NO accuracy with this gun at all….! I have a Ruger Single Six which is a great shooter. I am surprised Ruger would put out a inferior gun like this and tarnish their repretation of producing fine firearms like the Blackhawk and Single Six…!

I saw on another video that releasing one side of the spring from its post accomplished a lighter pull. Has anyone else do this? Does it cause any harm to the gun?

Thanks for uploading this. I love tinkering and I went a little too far and knocked the hammer spring out of my Ruger Wrangler. I just needed to see someone work on the same parts! Thank you!
