Great round I carry it in.357 sig it’s pretty spicy 🌶

  2. The Hide on August 25, 2022 at 8:16 pm

Thats pretty good results with this stuff. I like the SIG Vcrown line, interested to see what their 124gr stuff will do. I know their match rifle ammo is some of the most accurate factory stuff ive ever shot..

    Good review

  4. Floyd black on August 25, 2022 at 8:21 pm

Nice Taurus gun , good quality reliable gun.

  5. Jason Bourne on August 25, 2022 at 8:23 pm

124g isn’t +p but still king. I actually have a g2c I carry time to time. Nice testing

  6. Guardian Minifarm on August 25, 2022 at 8:26 pm

Good overall results. I wanted to see a bit more velocity but can’t complain with results. Well done great demo & data for all of us.

  7. woowoo8801 on August 25, 2022 at 8:28 pm

They don’t make a 147+p version. The 124+p or the M17 (as they call it and it says on the box) isn’t all that great. Most reviews I’ve seen have said the 124 is better actually. Also I’m a heavy for caliber kind of guy and use 147 HST and the 135 grain Hydra Shock Deep or 135 Critical Duty in my XD Mod 2 9mm subcompact (3in barrel). However recently I’ve been looking at switching to something a little lighter like 115 grain. I’ve really been looking at the V-Crown and Hornady Critical Defense.

Not too shabby, I’ll be watching for the 124gr testing, My personal favorite is the 124gr+P HST, out of the same barrel length, Thanks for posting. 👍

  9. phantomspaceman on August 25, 2022 at 8:33 pm

It’s good to know they’re all coming out subsonic from a barrel shorter than 4".

  10. Nutty 357 on August 25, 2022 at 8:33 pm

I like these and the 124gr in my G3c they perform well and very accurate as well! I have a decent amount of that ammo and have noticed some variation in overall length in some of the boxes! Have you checked your lengths on yours? Something to keep an eye open for! Thanks, good tests!

Think a disclaimer to all pistol bullets should beThink a disclaimer to all pistol bullets should be that skin is more elastic than ballistics gel so the damage you see in jail is not at all close to what a pistol bullet would do in real life

lololol gotta love it. High cost Sig arms elite ammunition using a Taurus. lololol rotflmao. C’mon now use a P365 at least. But TYVM for the laughs.

  13. zeitgeist888 on August 25, 2022 at 8:35 pm

Good stuff. I am surprised they did so well. The standard pressure 115 would be a lighter recoiling choice over 124+P for those that are looking for that. Nice to see they do ok with good but not excessive penetration and still expand through denim.

  14. Mike Bartel on August 25, 2022 at 8:39 pm

I’ve seen a few other tests of this same ammo, and they got the same results you did… very good expansion with excellent penetration. This looks like superb SD ammunition. Close to the HST ammo. It looks like you really have the organic gel clarity figured out. Yours is clearer than any others that I have seen. Those wound channels are very impressive👍👍👍 Great job on all your videos🏆🏆🏆

  15. Lee Texas on August 25, 2022 at 8:40 pm

Looks like great ammo BUT, expensive !!! $40 for a box of 20 almost everywhere and HIGHER …
    God Bless

  16. CarGuyV8 on August 25, 2022 at 8:44 pm

I like the Sig Elite Performance ammunition. I’ve never had the opportunity to try the hollow points, but I’ve put quite a few of the fmj ones down range. Good video!

  17. Joe Helvey on August 25, 2022 at 8:46 pm

This was a really well done review, your gel looks amazing. It’s good to see your channel growing and getting the recognition you deserve. I really like just about all things Sig lol, and this is no exception. Well done Sir, I really like your format. I’ll bet if you filmed your ammo hunts because you always find some good stuff they would really be popular. Nice job!

  18. Ted Cregger on August 25, 2022 at 8:46 pm

Those Sig 115’s are wicked, the wound tracks look gnarly, penetrates like a mo-fo.!

  19. Freedom By Me Homesteading on August 25, 2022 at 8:58 pm

This stuff seems hit or miss depending on caliber and weight.

  20. Aleffel96 on August 25, 2022 at 8:59 pm

Thank you for this test. Most tests seem to not put any clothing in front of the block and it’s very aggravating when trying to find good data. Every hollow point will expand in bare gel. Adding the clothing, especially denim, separates the good carry ammo from the bad

  21. Larry caro on August 25, 2022 at 9:02 pm

    Good job thank you

  22. Buddy Sumner on August 25, 2022 at 9:08 pm

    Impressive round,
