Welp time for gun makers to not sell to California police, nor the California national guard. But hey this is on Californians, you didn’t vote on mass to recall him, now he is going after you retaliatory style. If as many people voted to recall as they did in the last election just for trump, then he would have been recalled.

  2. Dam Hall on August 17, 2022 at 7:56 pm

ONLY in a shot hole they call Chicago…

  3. danny sellers on August 17, 2022 at 7:57 pm

They can’t see "ghost guns" in the ATFs new "not a registry" mostly digital registry. Which kinda shows their end game is Confiscation. They’re crazy about these builds cuz they’re definitely untraceable for Tyrants. Those builds are very anti Tyrant!

  4. patriot 945 on August 17, 2022 at 8:00 pm

The JR-15 by Wee1 tactical uses a round the same caliber as a civilian AR-15 set for the .223 round. Obviously, smaller and less potent at long range, but as accurate as needed for close range work. Obviously, we the people, would only use such a rifle at the range shooting paper targets or to hunt rabbits and other small game. It is well known that .22 is a child sized round, so no adult would use a tiny round like that for home defense.

  5. Michael Angelo on August 17, 2022 at 8:00 pm

The Governor is an asshole. Did I hear him say sue Ford if a thief steals a Ford and runs someone over? Did I hear him suggest if a person it beaten with a stolen hammer the victim should sue the manufacturer of the hammer? Loathsome Newsome needs a serious brain transplant.

  6. Greg Garmin on August 17, 2022 at 8:01 pm

Gun owners need to turn it around and file a lawsuit against the government for infringement of their rights.

  7. tom case on August 17, 2022 at 8:01 pm

If they can sue gun manufacturers for end users crimes than that. Ssme law should allow us to sue car companys and booze manufacturers for dui deaths. Where does it stop?

  8. G H on August 17, 2022 at 8:06 pm

Remember…guns with the serial number removed are included in the "Ghost Gun" category, so the number of actual "Home Assembled" guns is much much less than .005%.

  9. James Brock on August 17, 2022 at 8:11 pm

You know this is bullshit California suing other states suing gun manufacturers family suing gun manufacturers this is bullshit and it’s what happens every time Democrats are in power let’s go back to the tobacco industry said tobacco industry put warnings on the packages people know and still no that they cause heart disease and cancer and other things but people still smoking once The floodgate opens and there’s a lawsuit and there’s a settlement then it’s over it’s bunch of bullshit it’s a tobacco industry under Clinton little get together they had and they pay everybody off family who died of cancer from smoking and now we got people died from gunshots the gun didn’t go out and shoot nobody but Remington fucking settle like an idiot and now they’re going to go after every gun manufacturer the only way to stop this is all the manufacturers come together come up with an agreement one time payout and that’s it and it never can be sued ever again

  10. Aaron Matchette on August 17, 2022 at 8:13 pm

what if the citizens start filing large numbers of lawsuits against the DA, instead of gun manufactures? What about suing law enforcement agencies? I am sure that they are transporting "assault weapons".

    Hello jared

  19. Glenn Howse on August 17, 2022 at 8:23 pm

I have an idea, don’t sell any more guns to Kalifornia civilians, and police… Maybe then we’ll see a change. No more mags or scopes or bullets.

  20. Bill of RIGHTS says so! on August 17, 2022 at 8:23 pm

Gavin NewScum is the Justin Trudeau of the U.S.. #VoteDemOut 2022 before America becomes Canada.

  21. Alessandro Matteo on August 17, 2022 at 8:26 pm

No Gavin ,we the people need to remove TRYANNICAL POLITICIANS that do not uphold their oath of office to UPHOLD the Constitution of the United States of America….If TRYANNICAL POLITICIANS start getting sued for their infringements on our rights….

  22. Lynn Baker on August 17, 2022 at 8:27 pm

  26. jp affluent on August 17, 2022 at 8:30 pm

The NRA sold us out with the violence against women’s act.
Call your senators now to vote NO! 12 Rinos are on board with this new gun grab.

  27. Lamar Carter on August 17, 2022 at 8:30 pm

He’s sick of guns but who defends him

  28. DWS1435 on August 17, 2022 at 8:31 pm

For the gun manufacturers to use the news media to stop the use of their products for criminal intent all they would need to do is put an ad in the "Criminal Gazette" and tell it readers to stop committing crimes with their products. Criminals don’t own media outlets and they could care less about reading what the anti-gunners want.

  29. Willy John on August 17, 2022 at 8:31 pm

Gun and accessory companies need to stop shipping and doing business in California and other Anti 2nd states and move their businesses elsewhere which has already happened.

  30. orthogonal1 on August 17, 2022 at 8:33 pm

Warren v. District of Columbia, which held that the police do not owe a specific duty to provide police services to specific citizens based on the public duty doctrine, needs to be revisited. The State of California needs to be sued for failing prevent crime (try locking up criminals) and then preventing citizens from acquiring tools to protect themselves.

  31. Johnny V on August 17, 2022 at 8:34 pm

When the he’ll is the Supreme Court gonna end this madness for us?

  32. John Gibbons on August 17, 2022 at 8:35 pm

Actually you let your feelings get involved. Anyone scholar of the US Constitution should know that gun rights were not present at the start of the ratification of the Constitution. The Bill of Rights was added later. Instead of spinning your narrative like a liberal try using the actual facts.

  33. rudy on August 17, 2022 at 8:36 pm

I honestly look at antigunners as weak sheep, just my algorithm comment

  34. Harrison Lewis on August 17, 2022 at 8:36 pm

Yes, let’s let California do these laws. Every gun manufacturer in America can also choose to not sell their products in California. Let California become the land of unicorns and rainbows. And continue to watch how many flee California too. EMF firearms, you need to relocate to a friendlier state.

  35. yaryar on August 17, 2022 at 8:37 pm

Also the government doesn’t fund gun manufacturers like they do planned Parenthood 🤦🤦🤦

  36. Lamar Carter on August 17, 2022 at 8:37 pm

Crazy days lord help us,keep up the good work Jarred

  37. Ian Farquharson on August 17, 2022 at 8:37 pm

Anything to do with guns will have to have a "don’t use this product to commit a crime with" if this madness goes through. The politicians know there’s more private money to fight this stuff in court if these go through.

  38. HookedonFishing on August 17, 2022 at 8:43 pm

They can’t take our guns so they will sue the manufacturer out of existence

  39. ⚠️DANGER DOBERMAN⚠️ on August 17, 2022 at 8:43 pm

What a child. Texas can do what they want, so we should do what we want . What a cry baby. …and he stoled his recall election.

  41. Shane Hammond on August 17, 2022 at 8:46 pm

3:43 I like your optimism about the 2nd amendment always going to be here… The enemy is always trying to negate the 2nd any way they can and rarely seems to go the other way…

  42. terrence przybylski on August 17, 2022 at 8:47 pm

Newsom should be definitely voted out of office and all his cronies

  43. Bryan Simon on August 17, 2022 at 8:48 pm

Suppliers should stop all commerce with California law enforcement agencies. No support or anything else.

  44. Vern M on August 17, 2022 at 8:48 pm

Remington should have gone out of Business before agreeing to pay 73 million!! Because Now, it is open season on All Gun MFG. America is turning into a very Bad Country under Biden + gov Newsom the Worse person to ever run California just like his friend Mr. Trudeau running Canada!!! I see Newsom as a Hitler minded person & be Damned the citizens Right’s. Take all guns away, Crime will still happen, Murders will still Kill, Criminals will still be Stupid criminals.

  45. Joe Johnson on August 17, 2022 at 8:49 pm

Bad news is that the Supreme Court did not rule against the Texas SB 8 law and allowed it to stand . And Calif will use any and all means no matter how ridiculous or unconstitutional to ban all guns .

  46. Marty Shannon on August 17, 2022 at 8:50 pm

When I visit Family and Friends in California, they ALL know I enjoy violating California Gun Nazi Laws.

  47. Ralph M on August 17, 2022 at 8:53 pm

Sounds like State-sponsored "vigilante justice". Pretty sure that’s generally illegal, so we should be pushing that phrase as much as possible.

  48. rudy on August 17, 2022 at 8:54 pm
