Guns are being made more idiot proof everyday. But people are not.

  2. Rudy Romero on November 4, 2021 at 9:26 pm

  5. mattmorrow7777 on November 4, 2021 at 9:28 pm

I have a Taurus Judge. Mine is fine.

  6. wigon on November 4, 2021 at 9:29 pm

I have a G2C and so far the safety is working fine. That being said, I’m not worried about either the trigger safety or slide safety not working because I don’t keep a round in the chamber since it serves as just my nightstand gun and I have interior bedroom locks and a loud dog. So plenty of time to rack the slide.
That being said, I haven’t heard of anyone having problems with the safety on their G2C pistols. Most dealers seem to have much fewer returns on these pistols then on other much more expensive brands. Mine works great after several hundreds rounds through it. Plus it’s so far eaten every type of ammo I’ve fed it including cheap jagged-edged hollow-points. So I’m quite happy with mine.

Taurus firearms are crap ! Spend 1
$100 more and get something better then a Taurus . GEEZE!

  8. Mike Sal on November 4, 2021 at 9:30 pm

Taurus did the right thing. They bought back nearly a million pre-G2 pistols. I like their new products – great guns for the money.

  9. dr. Phil on November 4, 2021 at 9:30 pm

I still feel that I can trust Taurus firearms… I’ve owned many of them over the years, with great results.. Passing the test of time, time, and time, again…

Taurus just makes crap that poor soul probably had a gun pointed at his head and probably got fired after doing the video.

  14. Adam Brady on November 4, 2021 at 9:38 pm

Shake a 24/7 they will fire from just shaking the weapon.

  15. J P on November 4, 2021 at 9:39 pm

No other firearms company has Taurus’s dubious track record. You just have to surf YouTube for all the negative reviews. Amazing they stay in business.

  16. Bedroom Playlist on November 4, 2021 at 9:41 pm

Pistol made 2 years ago is still shit, shouldn’t be a secret trick to carrying safely. Worse quality than my granny’s old television.

  18. Clean Keys on November 4, 2021 at 9:44 pm

Ah, now I see why taurus won’t fix my junk pt22, the repair line in too long. Must be costing taurus a small fortune. Taurus will send you a shipping label and charge you $50 to send it back to taurus for repairs. I call BS. I bought a S&W 686 plus with a 3" barrel last year, no amount of rear sight adjustment corrected the point of aim/impact. I called Smith & Wesson and they emailed me a shipping label, sent it to them and had my revolver back in less than two weeks. Problem solved. Oh, Mr MartinHunter, Taurus pistols are junk. Read the reviews by people that are having issues with their pistols, the number of reliability issues are much too high.

  19. Emmanuel Ramos on November 4, 2021 at 9:45 pm

You have review on taurus ts9??thanks

  20. Donald Skipper on November 4, 2021 at 9:46 pm

  21. HEMI 5.7 AWD PURSUIT on November 4, 2021 at 9:46 pm

My compact 24/7 gen 2 purchased in 2015 is good

  22. ShoneDaddy on November 4, 2021 at 9:48 pm

Only owned 1 Taurus, a pt111 g2. It was a worthless piece of shit, failure to extract, double feeds, failure to feeds. It got to the point where I could barely load a new magazine into it because the slide release would drop and jam the round into the top of the chamber. Worthless junk from Taurus, my friend got one too around the same time and his frame rail literally chipped in half. I hope they go bankrupt.

  23. BLACKTROLL CENTRAL on November 4, 2021 at 9:48 pm

my tcp I had was trash

  24. Mike Fu on November 4, 2021 at 9:49 pm

Taurus is fucking GARBAGE….period…….they are KNOWN for Lawsuits and Unreliability, that’s LITERALLY the first thing owners have to defend against, because it’s True.

  25. I started a joke !!!!! on November 4, 2021 at 9:49 pm

I have every pistol he just named as a hazard

  26. Zach Morris on November 4, 2021 at 9:49 pm

My 24/7 g2c .45 constantly fails to enter battery and double feeds and fails to eject. Terrible company that only got the judge right! I don’t think I can even sell or pawn this dog turd.

  27. Jay Ryan on November 4, 2021 at 9:50 pm

At 3:56 he mentions the pro OSS isn’t part of the recall. They never made a pro OSS! Does that mean the regular OSS, made in 9mm & 45acp, is part of the recall? We’ll never know. Geez Louise.

  28. seoulkidd1 on November 4, 2021 at 9:53 pm

I just saw a pt132 for sale on armslist for 250

  29. KingMrBigE on November 4, 2021 at 9:58 pm

I didnt send in my Pro DS .45 for $200 and thats not even a sure thing considering the amount you get depends on the amount of guns actually turned in before the deadline(which I realize already passed, just saying). Never had even a misfeed nor problem with mine… great shooting gun.

  30. Sean Liver on November 4, 2021 at 10:07 pm

I’d hope a firearm wouldn’t go off just cause it was "bumped" into in a holster. Also unless your in an active war zone it might not be necessary to keep one in the chamber.

  31. branden hernandez on November 4, 2021 at 10:07 pm

I have a taurus gt 809 for years no problems out of it at all

  32. Jack Rourk on November 4, 2021 at 10:07 pm

I have a friend who a Millennium PT111 G1 that found out about the problems with this model and she’s about 11yrs but only fired once, so is there anything she can do to trade or get help with her gun?

  35. toyman81 on November 4, 2021 at 10:08 pm

I own 7 Taurus handguns and I have had 0 problems from any of them.

  36. dale carpenter on November 4, 2021 at 10:08 pm

These no safety children must have complianed because they didn’t want to admit that they didn’t use the safety and shot yhemselves or someone else !
I have heard youtubers saying you don’t have to use the safety on these guns !
Don’t be stupid ! Use this pistol like you would use a 1911 ! Always use the safety ! It has a long light pull to a light break around 4 to 5 lbs ! Don’t be stupid ! Use the safety !
These glock children don’t seem to be able to get that through their heads !!

  37. Aaron on November 4, 2021 at 10:11 pm

Whew that scared me. Thankfully I got mine in 2014 and it’s a PT-840.

  38. Abraham Vidal on November 4, 2021 at 10:12 pm

  43. Lisa Nelson on November 4, 2021 at 10:15 pm

If it’s any consolation I have a pt111 millenium g2 that’s had 7400 rds thru it and still goes bang good gun parts are replaceable.

  44. Dale Check on November 4, 2021 at 10:15 pm

  45. Jay Ryan on November 4, 2021 at 10:18 pm

Why didn’t they just say "All of our semi-autos prior to g2 have been recalled"? What a crying shame. Taurus has low standards in Brazil.

  46. Jason Spittz on November 4, 2021 at 10:18 pm

    Damn ♉ Taurus 😲

  47. Guero M on November 4, 2021 at 10:19 pm

  48. Rick Oliver on November 4, 2021 at 10:20 pm

PT !!! G2 is not part of the recall, see link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F2gWCW_I448

  49. edgardo giron on November 4, 2021 at 10:21 pm

my pt145 i bought here in the Philippines in late 2002,( sn nvh 5***3 ), does not have the word PRO on its slide, just millenium & pt145 on either side of the slide, is this model/generation included in the safety issues program ? i haven’t fired it much( less than 50 rounds of our local standard load armscor 230 gr fmj ) and so far so good. I just want to make sure so i asked you, because the Taurus store guys here are reluctant ( & sometimes arrogant ! ) to entertain questions regarding the safety issues or gun related problems about their products ! i’m respectfully looking forward to your reply, thank you.

  50. Robert Emanuel on November 4, 2021 at 10:22 pm

This guy has spoken too soon! There are numerous cases online attesting to similar safety problems with the new G2!!! Seems like Taurus has NOT corrected the design problem – or whatever the nature of the cause of injury and death. Having owned 5 Tauruses over 35 years, including the original PT111 Millennium I bought in 1991, which NEVER had an AD despite numerous drops (thanks to a cheap Uncle Mike’s fabric/Velcro strap holster carried when jogging) onto the street, I will NOT buy another simply because of the piss-poor customer service experienced in the more than 3 months since I sent it in for the third time to get the front sight repaired after blowing off; they repaired and returned it within a week the two previous times, but that was before the lawsuit and return of thousands of pistols covered by it. Don’t think I will EVER see the gun again. Shame on what was once a fine company! They simply need to hire more techs to expedite these guns sent in under the lawsuit; it ain’t rocket science, Taurus!!! You just don’t want to spend the money to hire them.
