  8. Jared Dina on October 19, 2022 at 8:58 pm

Can’t the fingerprints be found on the tip of the bullet

  9. Lighthawk Demon on October 19, 2022 at 8:59 pm

The problem is that when you basically ADVERTISE how bullets are traced to the gun, you give the criminals ideas as to how to alter the firearm!

Change the firing pin, change out the barrel, a little filing here, a little filing there …They’re out committing crimes, shooting people AND getting away with it!!

    STOP educating the criminals!

If they’re already stupid to the fact that they can be tracked down, don’t give them the knowledge to circumvent the system for God’s sake!

  12. Tragion Trap on October 19, 2022 at 9:01 pm

If the killer was a cop he wouldn’t get more than a slap on the wrist

  14. KILOTON on October 19, 2022 at 9:06 pm

I don’t believe this is accurate and a good enough lawyer could easily get it thrown out

  15. Adamon on October 19, 2022 at 9:08 pm

    Well revolvers dont leave casings

  16. Jay Strock on October 19, 2022 at 9:12 pm

I think it is BS. Guns are made very presicely. The gun before and after one gun is made is entirely different? or very similar?

  18. SlickWilly on October 19, 2022 at 9:12 pm

File or change the firing pin

  19. Dyllon McDonald on October 19, 2022 at 9:18 pm

this isnt 100%, changing a firing pin, or using a revolver then throwing firing rang ammo from someone else’s gun of the same caliber, not to mention alot of guns probably have the same print do to specs being the same……..

    Who would win
30000 hours of analytical and ballistic forensic expertise

    Or

A a brass catcher bag that mounts over the ejection port

  26. mikeyb byekim on October 19, 2022 at 9:29 pm

So the firing pin never changes or wears down? What about the shooter just removing and sanding or grinding down the tip of pin for the gun?

  27. Francis Catano on October 19, 2022 at 9:29 pm

Thank God? It funny your just happy he’s locked cause he shot you, nobody’s gives a shit as long as your not the one being shot

  28. David Rivas on October 19, 2022 at 9:31 pm

  29. Maddie K on October 19, 2022 at 9:33 pm

  30. BabyGoon on October 19, 2022 at 9:37 pm

  31. Kadiga Smith on October 19, 2022 at 9:37 pm

What do you do when the people at the pawn shop intentionally sell you the wrong bullets but you don’t know until you actually check the back will not make it through that chamber.. something is up I’m located in Kansas City, Missouri 64110.

  32. ALEXX _Windy city chi on October 19, 2022 at 9:37 pm

I’m interested so if you have for example the same exact gun okay 2 guns same make and model a Glock 19 for example both gen 4 , so every gun that’s made has different shell markings on the shell casing when it’s fired ? That makes sense but IF YOU HAVE 2 SAME EXACT GUNS SAME MODEL SAME EVERYTHING BOTH USED IN A CRIM HOW CAN THEY MAKE DIFFERENT MARKING FOR EACH GUN MADE WHEN MILLIONS OF GUNS THAT ARE THE SAME EXACT MODEL ARE SOLD EVERY DAY HOW CAN YOU COME UP WITH MILLIONS OF DIFFERENT MARKINGS WHEN THERES MILLIONS OF IDENTICAL GUNS SAME MAKE MODEL AND GENERATION? Without getting mixed up ? SO YOUR TELLING ME THE ATF CIA WHATEVER COMES UP WITH MILLIONS OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF MARKING FOR THE SAME EXACT GUN WHATEVER IT IS WITHOUT IT GETTING MIXED ? THATS INSANE I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW CAN SOMEBODY COME UP WITH HUNDREDS OF DIFFERENT MARKINGS FOR EACH GUN ? WITHOUT USING THAT MARKING EVER AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS ALREADY USED ? How do people do that please explain IM A LEGALLY LICENSED GUN OWNER OF MANY GUNS AND THIS FASCINATES ME DO YOU GUYS KNOW HOW MANY SAME MAKE SAME MODEL SAME GENERATION GUNS ARE MADE ?

  33. John Lloyd Scharf on October 19, 2022 at 9:37 pm

They compared bite marks to a fingerprint and the courts had to start throwing out bite marks as evidence. Not before a convict was executed who was innocent. I would contest this "fingerprint" claim in court as pseudoscience.

  34. Meziah Blxck on October 19, 2022 at 9:37 pm

Its always so hilarious when whites get whats coming to him. If I ever see this guy rolling around in his wheelchair im gonna kick it over.

  35. disonesto on October 19, 2022 at 9:39 pm

As many guns made today. I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t more then one gun with the same finger print marking from the hammer

  36. Jerry Berry on October 19, 2022 at 9:40 pm

What if someone shoots hollowpoint that disintegrates from a revolver then plant casings of similar caliber collected from shooting range. There’s literally a billion ways around this.

  37. John Smith on October 19, 2022 at 9:40 pm

    That’s America for ya

  38. Elegant Decay on October 19, 2022 at 9:45 pm

TIL: the shell casings tracing not serial number tracing is what links and solves crime.

  39. I'm a Glacier boy on October 19, 2022 at 9:46 pm

  40. CCC 303 on October 19, 2022 at 9:47 pm
