How in the hell is the M9 pistol on the list? M1911 served decades longer, never any concern of not enough power.

You want to see a cool WWII plane? Check out the P61 Black Widow. 4 M2s mounted in a turret, and 4 20mm cannons under the nose. It was used as a nighttime fighter aircraft, it had an onboard radar even back them

What does he do in the marine corps? He said he’s not infantry but he gets issued a pistol, rifle and shotgun.

  22. Austin Smothers on November 23, 2022 at 9:59 pm

The 1911 and the Sig 226 should have been on here, the m2 browning the benelli m1014 and the m16. I get the the top 5 but top ten should include the m1 carbine and the Winchester trench shotgun, the barett M107, the m14 and lastly the wonderful SR-25/M110 sniper rifle based on the AR-10.

  23. MrMnmn911 on November 23, 2022 at 9:59 pm

  38. casey brune on November 23, 2022 at 10:18 pm

Clint Smith said it best when discussing the effectiveness of the m1 garand and it’s capacity/ping when empty: you just shot 8 rounds of 30-06, everyone is either dead or deaf.

  39. Morning Star on November 23, 2022 at 10:23 pm

    I’m just gonna make it

USMC K-bar and the entrenching tool.

  47. bigdogg RVR on November 23, 2022 at 10:36 pm

Thank you for your service fellow DevilDog! I would have to say what about the M249 SAW…That was my issued weapon in my Marine unit back in the day when the M16A2 was the standard weapon.

  48. Cody Stange on November 23, 2022 at 10:37 pm

I’m sure I’ll catch heat for this since it’s not that modern but how about an honorable mention at least for the Kentucky long rifle of the 1800’s? Shaped a lot of history with a very fast 3 shots a minute round lead ball haha

  49. hottdog71 on November 23, 2022 at 10:38 pm

    God bless…

  50. William Hedrick on November 23, 2022 at 10:38 pm
