Uvalde Survivors Demand Answers From Gun Manufacturer

Uvalde Survivors Demand Answers From Gun Manufacturer

The father of Amerie Jo Garza, one of the 19 student
victims in the Uvalde mass shooting and an employee of Robb Elementary are
questioning Daniel Defense’s marketing practices and whether they were
targeting children. The New York Times reported transcripts from 911
calls revealing a 10-year-old student, Khloie Torres, asking police to help her
teacher, who was shot. Overnight, school officials confirmed that Robb
Elementary will close its doors permanently as the town gathers for the
funerals of two more victims. » Subscribe to NBC News: http://nbcnews.to/SubscribeToNBC

I still cannot believe that this would happen this should keep the whole world at a halt this feels almost like when I woke up in the morning and went to school in Florida when Bush was in our classroom he received a call 10 minutes before the twin towers blew up 😿

  3. Joshua De La Rosa on September 27, 2022 at 8:40 pm

The parents also have the right to sue the store owner who sold Salvador Ramos the AR-15 purchased. Prayers for the families 🙏

  4. Nick Tesla on September 27, 2022 at 8:41 pm

  5. Mike B on September 27, 2022 at 8:41 pm

And when these kids file for disability with S.S they’ll get denied and S.S will tell them to go get a job. Once again thank the republicans for stripping S.S and using 3rd party "determination services"

  8. Wayne Pow on September 27, 2022 at 8:43 pm

gun makers are simple liable and responsible for the loss, pain and suffering because of what they offer and give to our societies. GREAT MOVE. THEY NEVER WERE MENTIONED AND HID THEMSELVES TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY. This is how we stop this madness ..

  9. Ken H. on September 27, 2022 at 8:43 pm

Teachers having to secure their own classrooms because Democrats refuse to harden schools. Every Factory requires a secure entry, every bank has massive security and yet we can’t create a safe environment for kids when they’re inside the school. Every vehicle on the road is required to have seatbelts and it is the law for us to use them and yet school buses don’t even give you a choice because there are no seat belts. The Democrats claim it would take too much money to do these things and yet they just shelled out trillions of dollars for nothing and they want everyone including the poorest taxpayer to pay for the school loans of elite college students who seem to think everything should be handed to them on a silver platter.

How many times have I heard, "you don’t need guns because the police will protect you". The performance of the police in this case is proof positive that the second amendment should never be compromised in any way.

  10. mine own on September 27, 2022 at 8:44 pm

Look at you dirtbags running about clutching at your skirt hems , oozing indignation that anybody would dare to say a word against gun manufacturers . Let me guess . NRA? Shareholders ? Russians ? Because there’s got to be a huge vested interest for you people to get your panties in such a twist over some highly profitable corporation’s welfare .

  11. DJ Pomare on September 27, 2022 at 8:46 pm

272 American mass shootings so far this year in the only country on Earth that has school shootings .
The US constitution has been amended 27 times. Do not believe people who say it cannot be amended.
Ban Americans from international travel to control the spread of stupidity.
American parents protest at school meetings about? A: School shootings B: Masks.

First of all, my condolences to all who have lost their little angels. And prayers go out to all affected by this. But going after the gun maker is ridiculous. IF this is the case, then every time a drunk driver kills someone we have to go after the auto maker and confiscate that type of vehicle. We need to find out what kind of alcohol they drank and go after them as well. It’s so easy to go after the gunmaker and try to have gun control that will eventually take guns away from law abiding citizens.

Below are drunk driving stats I found for 2019:
****In 2019 there were 10,142 people killed in alcohol-impaired- driving crashes, an average of 1 alcohol-impaired-driving fatality every 52 minutes. These alcohol-impaired-driving fatalities accounted for 28 percent of all motor vehicle traffic fatalities in the United States in 2019.****

Well with how much everything is in ill repair, almost all grey in color, how would you even start, you spend so much g d money on weaponry, them is also a curse word. If children had terror stories to tell. Genocide Slavery, X Mas isnt even a thing anymore. 9$ per gallon of gas. The oceans will never have their eyes back. We know you are blind. Very grey. Porecelain doll creepy. Tosses hopefully the only one you had, over your head again… ‘Nah you cant have it’

PICK YOUR ISSUE: Abortion; Dark money, Drug Cost; Economy; Gun Control; Healthcare; Immigration; Gerrymandering; Voting, etc.

They have one thing in common. None of these problems get solved year after year because of the great political divide. This is the real reason no solutions have been implemented.

The real solution to solve all these problems is a TWO TERM LIMIT for the House and the Senate. SERVING IN CONGRESS SHOULD NOT BE A CAREER OPTION. New blood offers new ideas and a better understanding of current culture and technology. Newer members tend to be more responsive to constituents during their first term. This political problem must be solved. The Executive branch as a two- term limit. The Judicial branch does not but maybe should have a 20-year terms limit. Keeping justices on the bench for life no longer ensures stability since old precedents are now being abandoned.

Different groups support dealing with some but not all of these problems. Support is fractured at best. Each group fights its own battle. Politicians swear an oath to support the Constitution, follow the laws and support the interest of their constituents. Constituents should include ALL citizens within their district not just the people who voted for them or their party. Many politicians also swear an allegiance to their party. To which oath are they really loyal? Which is more important? Politicians ignore the will of the majority.

Lobbyist from special interest groups immediately try to “buy” the influence of members. When they are successful, they get more “bang for the buck” if their “buy-partisan” member is re-elected. There may be less incentive for members to be influenced after their first term. A five-year ban preventing a member from working for any lobbyist or related organizations contributing to the member may a deterrent. Lobbyists and party leaders would have to re-start their influence buying all over after each election. Dark money corrupts. They say companies are people too – but they can give more than you. No matter what they say – they’ll buy votes anyway.

During this period when democracy seems ever more fragile, changes must be made to ensure the “minority” does not take control or disrupt the functioning of the government. Current Senate rules allow a single senator to object to any bill without cause or debate. A solution may not even receive a vote. A minority party can defeat any of the solutions to address important issues supported by the majority of Americans. With sworn loyalty to a party, the political interests of a party supersede the interests of the country. The majority of Americans will lose.

There are practical solutions for the problems if we do elect candidates who have demonstrated bi-partisanship and not “buy-partisanship”. We have tried the current systems for abot 200 years and maybe it is time to try two-term limits for Congress.

Obesity survivors demand answers from donut manufacturer’s!😅

  16. Mike B on September 27, 2022 at 8:55 pm

Did anybody demand answers from U-Haul after what Timothy McVeigh did

  17. jason cronkhite on September 27, 2022 at 8:57 pm

That is a stupid, as suing car manufacturers for every Road fatality. Perhaps everyone should question how this kid had $9,000 to purchase guns ammo and body armor. And who did the military plane pick up at the airport 3 miles from the school

  18. Ricky Edwards on September 27, 2022 at 8:57 pm

We hold corporations accountable all the time when their products hurt people! Why not gun manufacturers?🤔

  19. Tyler on September 27, 2022 at 8:58 pm

The man that took out the shooter in the "gun free zone" was an off duty border patrol agent that borrowed a firearm from a law abiding citizen. The same people that walk around with body guards armed to the teeth with firearms, are the same people that want defund the police, are the same people call violent larcenous arsonists "mostly peaceful protesters", are the same people that want to disarm law abiding citizens, are the same people that refuse to talk about the moral decay that causes mass shootings, vehicular homicide, and sexual confusion… The TRUTH is coming out. Nothing can stop what is coming.

  20. Mike B on September 27, 2022 at 8:59 pm

I promise if any parents don’t support the media narrative still do just like they did with the David pig boy from Florida anyone who doesn’t agree with the media’s narrative will not get any airtime

  21. unclegaz on September 27, 2022 at 9:00 pm

Good luck with that. Politicians on BOTH sides represent their "donors" NOT the people. Little bit of homework for you. Look up the politicians who are owned by the NRA, oil companies, big pharma…etc. The only country in a democracy, that allows individual politicians to be funded and bribed by big business.

  22. Mike B on September 27, 2022 at 9:00 pm

The police chief is probably a Democrat told his officers to stand down in an off-duty border patrol had to go intervene I’m pretty sure most parents in the school are smart enough to look into that you find a handful of parents there to that stupid and give them air time

  23. Dynamic Ant on September 27, 2022 at 9:02 pm

Sure blaming the non-living object is the best solution rather than controlling people…. Same as consuming disinfectant then blaming disinfecting wipes for the fault and controlling it👍👍

  24. notebeat on September 27, 2022 at 9:04 pm

Looks like the Democrats have found some more mourning pawns for their politics. Shouldn’t they be demanding answers from the stand-around police?

  25. Jaenisch on September 27, 2022 at 9:04 pm

We going to go after beer companies next?

  26. Miss J Bad on September 27, 2022 at 9:08 pm

We do not need that police force, defund and reform. Do you see the power our states have given them? They can tell the public who they work for what they are going to do. They didn’t make this horrible situation better they saved no one, their fear of dying which is part of their job got 22 people murdered as they hid. Fire all of that departments and start over. Law enforcement is nothing but 40% criminal 40% complicit, 20% cowards and 100% corrupt.

  27. Aw Spartan on September 27, 2022 at 9:09 pm

NBC ASK THE TEACHER WHY SHE THOUGHT IT WAS NECESSARY TO BLOCK A SECURITY DOOR GO GET FOOD AND NOT LATCH DOOR TO THE KIDS ON THE WAY IN.
THIS IS NOT THE GUN MANUFACTURERS FAULT ,THIS IS THE SCHOOLS LAX STUPIDITY ON SECURITY AND PROTOCOL PROTECTION.

  29. Jeff Gorkisch on September 27, 2022 at 9:11 pm

I cannot believe the parents of the masecured children in Uvalde have not hunted down the cowardly cops that let it happen and strung them up in the city center. You are telling the world you are ok with them sacrificing your children. Rise up together and send a message.

  30. Jeffrey Prezalar on September 27, 2022 at 9:11 pm

You know that’s like blaming the candy maker for your diabetes. Federal law says you cannot sue gun makers except under very specific circumstances.

  31. High caliber exclusive on September 27, 2022 at 9:11 pm

Demand ANSWERS from UVALDE POLICE CHIEF AND D.A BAN COWARD POLICE NOW!

  32. “ALASKA” on September 27, 2022 at 9:11 pm

That punk announced what he was going to do on Social media and no one did a thing. He announced it on social media after he shot his grand mother in the face and no one did anything. They should think about that before they go demanding anything from gun manufacturers.

  33. TRILLION CROWNS on September 27, 2022 at 9:12 pm

gun manufacturer? Lets go straight to the source! Who invented black powder? Was it not China???

  34. Chuck Austin on September 27, 2022 at 9:15 pm

Bye bye govna. No one talks about stories of protecting themselves successfully with guns. 🤔
You fallow govna. You were voted in as a leader
Head West. Pelosi has ice cream. Gavin is a boy. Why do you listen to a boy. Highest gas prices #1 kalifornia. #2 New York and then 3d NEVADA

  43. bowtie3 on September 27, 2022 at 9:28 pm

The pos gun manufacture was a sponsor of the un-American pos NRA convention in Texas. Gun manufacture has blood on its hands. The gun company that made the weapons the terrorist used are pos cowards.

  44. R Singer on September 27, 2022 at 9:29 pm

How about LOOKING INTO BIG PHARMA and their ROLE in DRUGGING SO MANY (if not All ?) of these teen boy MURDERERS !

  45. Joes B4 Hose on September 27, 2022 at 9:30 pm

    Libs demanding gun confiscation.

  46. TheBIGHOUSENcaaAttendanceRecord115k on September 27, 2022 at 9:32 pm

You go, Greg Abbott and the rest of the GOP. You get that NRA blood money bag. F**k the safety of the children. Your holding on to power is way more important than the lives of these defenseless kids. Keep that age of buying AR-15s at age 18 with no background checks whatsoever, Governor Abbott. And while you’re at it, why not just drop the age to buy mass murder guns to 15.

    Sincerely,
Sarcastic Democrats fed up with heartless republicunts

  47. クリス on September 27, 2022 at 9:32 pm

Even if they ban ar15 it wouldn’t stop mass shooters from getting other guns

  48. Snake Plissken on September 27, 2022 at 9:32 pm

If you want to prevent school shootings, lock the doors while class is in session. People can leave, but can’t enter without going through the admin office. This would have prevented every school shooting since Columbine.

  49. Mark Beaudry on September 27, 2022 at 9:32 pm

When I was an officer the best part of the job was coming to aide of someone or the thrill of the chase. I was constantly being criticized by my contemporaries and was the object of much jealousy and resentment. It resulted in me being targeted for write-ups and dismissed.

  50. Obi Evans on September 27, 2022 at 9:34 pm

The teachers and school are at fault first. They should have locked the entry to the school AND they should have locked their classroom doors. They are responsible for the deaths first. Second, the cops should have breeched and stopped the gunman immediately. They are cowards. If they were ordered not to breach? They should have disobeyed the order and many more would be alive. The security of the school is first line of defense. The shooter would have never gained access if all the doors were locked.
Now,you ignorant fools that blame an inanimate object maker? Absolutely absurd!! You people have the right to vote? Explains where we are now.
