I purchased an expensive collectors shotgun from Conneticut Shotgun Mfg. They advertised the gun as "brand spanking new" (their words) When it arrived it had 1). a very sloppily and poorly refinished stock. 2). mismatched for end 3). a broken mid bead rib. I supplied CSM with time stamped photo’s of this piece of junk but their terse and abrupt response was I had broken the gun and the stock has not been refinished and this is the end of this discussion. If you go beyond these flashy videos and do a little digging you will find this company has a lot of terrible reviews and many complaints involving great deals of money. I have now involved the Conneticut Attorney General and their department of Consumer Protection. Things seems to be moving in the right direction because CSM is responding to my claim but only under the threat penalty for not responding. Be ware of these guys.
