I’m sorry but High Point 45’s come with double stacked mags, not sure why the little nine didn’t. I’ve never owned a High Point, but my Ruger 45 with an aftermarket extended mag, does the same fn thing, but it always jams in the same spot. Why? Because Ruger didn’t make that magazine, and it’s single stack. Ta Da! I actually like High Point. Yes they’re cheap, but they’re innovative as well. I’m a machinist and High Point reminds me a lot of Haas CNC machines. Cheap, but very innovative. The old machine shop saying is you buy a Haas CNC and discard it after ten years, but they’re the third of the price of normal CNC machines, so, I think that’s pretty fn good.

  7. shaydeinsun on October 30, 2021 at 8:15 pm

Hi points are notoriously bad with aftermarket mags

  8. Shepherd Gaming on October 30, 2021 at 8:17 pm

  10. Conway Jenkins on October 30, 2021 at 8:21 pm

What type of gun do you carry on a daily Matt?

  11. Saadiq Holmes on October 30, 2021 at 8:23 pm

The majority of this video was fixing the gun

  12. Apostle Of Prosperity on October 30, 2021 at 8:23 pm

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ This has gotta be Matt’s funniest video, I rewound it so many times πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  13. Antoine Jones on October 30, 2021 at 8:24 pm

Wow he definitely got paid for this! He basically said it works when gangsters are shooting it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. I saw an old video of his with a way better review πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  14. wyne amazing on October 30, 2021 at 8:27 pm

  17. Leonard Piskac Sr. on October 30, 2021 at 8:32 pm

So glad I’m not gonna waste any more time on this clown and definitely won’t Subscribe…does not objectively review Guns!😑

  18. John Ladd on October 30, 2021 at 8:33 pm

Old vid but.. I had a hi point 45acp shot over 5k rounds through it never cleaned lubed or done anything to .. I tried to kill it and it ran flawless.. it’s ugly looks like something robocop carried in the 80s.. it’s heavy and only a single stack but I couldn’t kill it..

  19. David Andersom on October 30, 2021 at 8:36 pm

Use og mag. Mine never jammed.

  20. Alex Olson on October 30, 2021 at 8:37 pm

Id buy the glock . Same reason I have a spyderco and not four crappy BIG 5 knives

  21. Marine Assassin on October 30, 2021 at 8:39 pm

Got a couple inexpensive HP’s and on factory mags run flawlessly with minimal recoil even out of the .45. Factory mags is the operative word here. Aftermarket are well known for bugs, including some very expensive ones. Some work great, some of the time, for some guns for some people, with some ammo. For a garage gun or something these are fine! A great value, in fact and a lifetime warranty – and no they aren’t paying me. πŸ™‚ I LOVE DR’s videos, but this was mag all the way. I’d expect a different video using factory mags. Laughed my rear off at dragging the guns around with the SUV.

  22. Poppops views on review Pearson on October 30, 2021 at 8:40 pm

I have a Hipoint .40 and have never had any issues with aluminum, brass, and steel ammo. I think you should have went with factory mags in both, not everybody has unlimited income.

  23. William Webb on October 30, 2021 at 8:42 pm

    maybe try the factory mag?

  24. George Hook on October 30, 2021 at 8:43 pm

    Love my c9

    My part in guwo19

  26. Mr Salty Boi on October 30, 2021 at 8:44 pm

If it’s enough to kill someone I wouldn’t say anything

  27. Chase Balkcom on October 30, 2021 at 8:44 pm

If u get a hi-point "God help you" it has to be a 40 or 45 acp. It does not like to chamber the smaller rounds.

  28. Randy Hoffman on October 30, 2021 at 8:44 pm

U got lucky had a couple

  29. Donaven Haley on October 30, 2021 at 8:45 pm

I don’t know why everyone thinks there ugly. Compared to a Glock I love the look. I hate that ugly ass square look that the Glock gives.

  30. Big Reds paranormal on October 30, 2021 at 8:45 pm

I never and would never buy a hi-point

  31. Eric Zaborskiy on October 30, 2021 at 8:46 pm

I mean yeah it was definitely a mag issue in the first half but after the toss it just stopped working :\ also impressed by the throws lol

  32. Daniel Hyatt on October 30, 2021 at 8:46 pm

I had a hi point they really are just shit I got it just to see how bad they are

  33. Ken Glenn on October 30, 2021 at 8:47 pm

Hi Matt, wondering about a vs. Idea don’t know if it has been done? A knife vs. Firearm somewhere in the point-blank gap. Highpoint of questionable caliber vs. Morakniv, and which one will yeet first? Should you choose this mission include the finger guard on the mora 54321.

  34. J C Gardner on October 30, 2021 at 8:47 pm

I do not like glocks and have had them jam

  35. Reed Richter on October 30, 2021 at 8:50 pm

Hi-points are designed for maximum reliability when held sideways. The sights are also not designed to actually be used. You shoot a round and then adjust your aim based upon the bullet impact.

  36. David K on October 30, 2021 at 8:52 pm

Hi point is what you pay for. It works, it will defend property and self, and you dont have to buy it if you dont like it. Everyone likes GLOCKS. I have some, but really, the best is SIG SAUR. Fuck all other brands

  37. Nas Escobar 600 on October 30, 2021 at 8:55 pm

Bullet falls off the mag and he blames the gun πŸ˜‚

  38. Carey McWilliams on October 30, 2021 at 8:56 pm

just got a 45 high point and might be a potato and I would rather have my FN, but for the money, it is a good in the shower, don’t care, toss gun. The pill goes where it should, it doesn’t matter what runway the pill is launched from. If nothing else, use it to club a crook up side the head.

  39. AlmightyGLO74 on October 30, 2021 at 8:56 pm

Before I watch further PLS DONT PUT EXTENDOS IN HI POINTS it not made for that hi point are actually very good guns cause they can go through so much and still fire highly recommend only buying brass bullets NO HALLOWS

  40. casey360360 on October 30, 2021 at 8:59 pm

My Hi-Point fits so well in my giant hands. It also doesn’t feel weird in my IWB holster, that’s more the holster that I have and my frame (as in my body build) though.

  41. Chuck Reece on October 30, 2021 at 9:00 pm

Thats funny I never have problems with my yeet cannon

  42. Randy Hoffman on October 30, 2021 at 9:00 pm

    Yah they junk

  43. Damn son where'd you find this. on October 30, 2021 at 9:02 pm

How da hell is yeet cannon so pathetic next to its older cousin, the original hi point which is the nokia 3310 of handguns

  44. Ben Samule on October 30, 2021 at 9:04 pm

the guy who designed hi-points probally was high that’s why they call it that

  45. EM Fields on October 30, 2021 at 9:04 pm

You rag on hi point and say classic when in the past the hi point has preformed very well and stood up to your test do that shit to a Glock and see what happens shoot in the slide and see how well the Glock does and you used a shitty after market mag and the Glock mag was factory so your test is not very unbiased I’ve never had a problem with my hi point never jams it fairly accurate if you can get over the wight and they can take a beating and

  46. JB Dallas TexasWay on October 30, 2021 at 9:04 pm

Lmao he threw the whole damn Hi point πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ’€

  47. Hale Tomasson on October 30, 2021 at 9:06 pm

  48. BIGsweat on October 30, 2021 at 9:08 pm

Turns out Highpoints are made for left handed gangsters. Who’da thought?

  49. Howard on October 30, 2021 at 9:09 pm

Got a Sarsilmaz SAR B6P. Good gun. To me. It was Like 300 bucks brand new.

  50. Jason Armstrong on October 30, 2021 at 9:10 pm

Moral of the story if you’re gonna buy a cheap pistol then just buy a Taurus g2c or g3c
